หน้าที่หลัก:

1. ควบคุมค่าบ่งชี้ทางคุณภาพ : วางแผนและผลักดันการบริหารจัดการนโยบายคุณภาพ, วางแผนและผลักดันการทำ KPI ของแต่ละหน่วยงาน, เป็นเจ้าภาพจัดและดำเนินการประชุมด้านคุณภาพ

2. Window ที่ติดต่อด้านด้านคุณภาพกับลูกค้า (รวมถึงการจัดการเคลม) : รับข้อมูลเคลม, จัดการขั้นต้นตอนที่เกิด Defect ได้ (แจ้งเรื่องการคัดแยก Stock, แจ้งให้จัดการเบื้องต้น เป็นต้น), สื่อสารกับลูกค้า, ทำเอกสารรายงาน Defect และรายงานลูกค้า (ญี่ปุ่น, อเมริกา), ตรวจสอบผลที่ได้ทำและตรวจสอบว่ามีปฏิบัติเป็นประจำหรือไม่, กำหนดมาตรฐานของ Appearance limit/มาตรฐานการเช็กงานและขยายผลภายในบริษัท, ดูแลเรื่องการออดิทของลูกค้า

3. ควบคุมคุณภาพภายในบริษัท : รวบรวม %NG, บริหารจัดการงานที่ผิดปกติ, เป็นเจ้าภาพและติดตามการ Kaizen ภายในบริษัท, บริหารจัดการ Control plan และ FMEA

4. บริหารจัดการคุณภาพของที่ซื้อเข้ามา : จัดการ Defect ของงานที่ซื้อเข้ามา, ประเมินคู่ค้า

5. Process change control : เตรียมการยื่นให้ลูกค้า (คนยื่นจะเป็นทาง Engineer), แนะนำเรื่องการเปลี่ยนกระบวนการภายในบริษัท, ติดตาม, ควบคุมจัดการ

6. Initial stage control : ดึงหัวข้อที่ต้องควบคุมในช่วงแรกออกมา, แจ้งและตรวจสอบ

7. Document control : บริหารจัดการเอกสารควบคุม (ลงทะเบียน, อัพเดท, ดูแลจัดการเอกสารสำคัญ เป็นต้น)

8. Quality management system control : ดูแลเรื่องการออดิท IATF, การทำ Corrective action, ดูแลเรื่อง Quality manual, เป็นเจ้าภาพในการจัดและทำออดิทภายใน (Process audit, Product audit) ,  เป็นเจ้าภาพในการจัดและทำ Management review
