Responsible for monitoring, inspecting and proposing measures to correct or improve the final products in order to meet established quality standards.

About the role – you will

• Manage group of quality controller and monitor inspect production processes to ensure quality standards are met.

• Manage and execute quality monitoring plan of components receiving and quality issues of assembly division.

• Lead of training when quality standard has revised, or refresh training according to quality system requirement and develop or implement quality assurance policies and procedures.

• Coaching and guide quality controller to perform the jobs according to organization expectation.

• Key member of process and product audit team to prepare, execute, summarize, and analysis audit result & report to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Collaborate with other functional teams in shopfloor to investigate, verify, and find out solution and/or disposition of problem related with quality. 

• Prepare and summarize quality report daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly.

• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the production process.

• Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions.

• Interface with suppliers to ensure quality of incoming materials.

• Monitor inventory of materials and supplies to ensure quality.

Responsibilities

• Participate in designing procedures and work instructions for in-process quality control and inspection, ensuring compliance with the defined Quality Plan, product standards, and legal requirements.
• Monitor subordinates' performance in quality control and inspection during production to ensure adherence to established procedures and work instructions.
• Make decisions to resolve issues or deviations from quality standards found during in-process quality control and inspection, within the approved authority, to prevent defective products from reaching customers.
• Report quality issues or deviations detected during in-process quality control and inspection to supervisors or relevant departments to facilitate corrective actions according to established measures.
• Collaborate with related departments to analyze deviation data and improve quality control and inspection procedures during production.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.

What You´ll Do

• Control and test the quality of Bulk
• Create inspection lot and key Inspection result on SAP.
• Response and test for all instrument in HPLC room such as FTIR, UV and HPLC, etc.
• Training QCB operator to follow the chemical safety and Good Laboratory Practice
• Training and provide the simplify technical or idea to improve the better quality
• Daily report OOS and RFT of bulk to supervisor and production team.
• Control and monitoring bulk rework and reject rate together with follow up the action from production.
• Join mixing of new formula or zero production with NPD and Mixing teams.
• To do the beaker test for confirm root cause of bulk OOS together with production or NPD.
• Control and prepare the chemical reagent for testing and standardize chemical.
• To do the basic PM for all chemical instruments.

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience working in a laboratory environment, preferably in quality control or analytical testing.
• Familiarity with laboratory instruments, testing procedures, and documentation standards.
• Ability to analyze and interpret test results accurately and efficiently.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and supervise a small team, delegate tasks, and ensure timely completion of lab activities.
• Problem-solving: Able to troubleshoot lab issues and propose effective solutions.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in conducting tests and recording data.
• Work Location: Chonburi Province.

Responsibilities

• Survey and investigate pain-points, unnecessary processes within Consumer Team (IT, Business, Strategy and etc.) to understand the processes and pain points and adjust proper processes to reduce the pain, assigned process scope and coordinating new process development.
• Identify process improvement enablers, develop new process requirements and liaise with all assigned teams and assigned process scope.
• Provided standard templates, guidance, and improvement plans to support Process Improvement Plan
• Initiate measurable and suitable mean to measure the maturity level of the Consumer teams, practice with discipline and find improvement according to the Comsumer's nature.

Qualification:
