Functional responsibilities

·    Lead to prepare Quality readiness 4M/1E with internal team follow the Quality launch plan each program as responsibility or get assignment.

·    Responsibility to develop Quality Engineering process control plan included Parts incoming Quality check sheet, Parts Boundary samples, Products inspection both of In-process and Final Quality check sheet including General item check and Critical SC/CC point including Cut/Crimp for wiring harness, Welding, Fitment, Tightening Torque in each of Programs to align with specification of Engineering release.

·    Ability to work with External cross functional team including Each Program Lead / Production & ME / STA / PDD / Purchasing to preparation Quality readiness control plan and avoid, reduce parts Quality issue's fault from Suppliers with NCR Quantity reduction is significant improve in each yearly.

·    Lead responsibility to drive quality performance with working team in Production line, ME, STA, PDD Engineering Program lead and also small volume build via systematic tools including communication feed forward and backward, Problem solving with 5Whys, Fishbone diagrams, Pareto, 8D analysis etc.  until meet yearly Goals Quality KPI objective target.

·    Responsibility for customer service and lead with working team to solve the issue from Customer feedback via Warranty issue communication forum until submit CAR, 8D report to Customer and close.

·    Good teamwork with shopfloor team both Internal and External sections to be smoothly working.

·    Good knowledge and take lead to preparation APQP / PPAP package with some Program that customer is required to submit these packages to them before start Mass production.

·    Recover company benefit with cost charged back from suppliers when there is any trouble issues occurred in ADC Manufacturing plant.

·    Certified Internal auditor level for ISO14001 / ISO9001 / ISO45001 / IATF16949 and continuous do self-develop with yearly plan internal audit.

·    Monitor to continue improving and maintain KPI objective target as responsibility or get special assignment.

Financial Responsibilities:

·    Aware and review to control for department spend budget plan as deployed from Head of department.

·    Responsibility to forecast next year budget plan requires each yearly at least no over than Q3 of current year.

·    Responsibility must be recovery cost charge back every activity as need to support each Suppliers for containment solution cost occur in ADC.

·    Continuous improve for cost reduction with finding any new innovation launch and apply to implement use.

In-Process Quality Supervisor

Location: Rayong, Thailand

Report to: Deputy Quality Manager

Key Responsibilities:

·    Supervise and monitor in-process quality control activities to ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements.

ensures product and process quality for Aviation and Consumer tires in line with customer, regulatory, and internal standards. Responsibilities include conducting audits from raw materials to finished goods, identifying gaps, driving effective countermeasures, and supporting continuous improvement to prevent nonconformities.

Job responsibilities:

• Conduct regular audits from raw material, in-process production and finished product for WBR and Aero product.
• Document and report audit findings accurately and in a timely manner
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation , including inspection procedures , work instruction and records
• To ensure that Aero New and Retread Tire Quality management system are compliance with Goodyear GQMTS, PPQ audit, FAA, CAAC, CAAS DGCA, Thai DCA and EASA
• Check compliance against Goodyear quality global procedure and regulatory standard.
• Support investigation of quality issues to determine root cause
• Verify the effectiveness of corrective action and preventive action
• Provide feedback and recommendations to improve product and process quality.

• To cooperate plant audit, include IATF16949/CCC both WBR and AERO authority. product/system audit and internal audit.
• Work with team to establish and maintain quality standards by utilizing daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly product audits.
• Work closely with manufacturing and engineering team to resolve quality issues and improve process capability
• To cooperate and optimize Quality Management System when it is needed. (Customer Special Requirements, Legal, Goodyear GMS/QAI, Region Input) and Update correlative procedure in time when necessary. (MR/SWI etc.)
• To cooperate Plant Document Review yearly and lead QA related, supply chain, field related in Compliant Pro system
• Monthly warehouse and OQL audit
• Coordinate customer visits and auidts
• Coordinate competitor tire analysis.
• Leading and preparing all kinds of monthly or weekly reports (QI report, Tire Weight Report etc.)
• OT/leave application for QA Shift Auditor/PDI and maintain attendance in Kronos System as timekeeper

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field. Additional certifications in Quality Management , Aviation Standards ( AS9100) or Six Sigma are an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Quality Assurance , preferably in tyre manufacturing or automotive / aviation industries.
• Experience in handling customer complaints and applying root cause analysis techniques
• Familiarity with aviation tyre regulatory requirements ( EASA , FAA ) and consumer tyre OEM quality standards
• Quality system management experience and internal audit experience
