Critical Skills/Knowledge

- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานที่สามารถอ่านแบบวิศวกรรมและเข้าใจมาตฐานการตรวจวัดตาม 1E (Experience reading engineering drawings and Cat 1E specifications is highly desirable.)
- มีประสบการณ์การใช้เครื่องมือวัดพื้นฐาน เช่น Caliper, High gauge, Micro meter (Experience in use of manual measurement devices (Callipers, gauges, micro meters) highly desirable.)
- มีสถิติการทำงานดี ประพฤติปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบบริษัท และไม่มีประวัติการถูกลงโทษทางวินัยในช่วงเวลา 1 ปี ก่อนวันที่สมัคร /Have a good attendance record and comply with the company rules and no have disciplinary record 1 year before apply.
- มีความสามารถในการสื่อสารและทำงานร่วมกับทีมงานอื่นๆได้เป็นอย่างดี (Strong communication skill and a demonstrated ability to build positive working relationships with co-workers and customers.)
- มีความสามารถในการอ่านและเข้าใจ ภาษาอังกฤษ ขั้นพื้นฐานได้ (Basic of English language)
- มีความสามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ในระดับพื้นฐานได้ /Able Ability to use computer skills MS. Office.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Additional work experience, particularly in Quality at CRTT is highly desirable.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MES, AQE, and Microsoft Excel is highly desirable. Ability to use vis view software to open and view CAD models of assemblies is highly desirable. Experience using online Caterpillar drawings (in EPIX or HVC) and 1E Specifications (in REDI) also highly desirable.
- Experience in use of manual measurement devices (calipers, gauges, micrometers) highly desirable.
- Understanding and experience with the root cause and corrective action (RCCA) issue resolution process is highly desirable.
- Understand BIQ process
- Strong communication skills and a demonstrated ability to build positive working relationships with coworkers and customers.
