Tasks & responsibilities

• Link the quality and product departments and address the factory's pain points to set up a project quality task force. Set stage goals, monitor the achievement of indicators, and rank and evaluate the task force on a monthly basis.
• Monitor quality issues arising from the trial production of new products, formulate rectification plans, monitor their implementation, and identify and eliminate key risk issues.
• Organize and implement special quality control for new products in the early stage and promote rectification of pre-sales and after-sales problems in the early stage of listing.
• Conduct regular meetings based on time data management, and issue quality warnings and performance appraisals for overdue issues.
• Coordinate with the headquarters to collaborate on problem-solving.
• According to the initial flow management plan, perform time data management, quality review and vehicle shipment review, and implement special management and effect evaluation.

Purpose/Role Summary:

Complete the inspection tasks in time accordingly to the standard process, to ensure the quality of the products shipped to Delta from suppliers. Test and verify products according to customer requirements to verify whether it meet the design requirements. Report to Lead Quality Specialist of Thailand office.

Key Accountabilities:

• Local source inspection for shipments from Thailand suppliers. Proceed source inspection on site per our standard process before shipment.
• Manage documents of the inspection reports and report testing results to LM.
• Conduct the product testing and equipment maintenance. Run the product testing equipment and report results, such as salt spray / heat quench / thermal cycle and functional testing.
• Thailand office testing equipment maintenance.
• Support to build supplier testing capabilities. Execute testing correlation between Thailand office and suppliers' labs on regular basis. Understand the differences and provide the solution to close the gap.
• Work with ASCM team, provide on the ground supports.

Critical Skills/Knowledge
