Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Initiatives: Define and execute theater-level strategies—marketing promotions, menu items, loyalty programs, themed events, B2B partnerships—to boost attendance.
• Showtime Programming: Develop and optimize daily/weekly schedules to maximize occupancy and revenue; monitor ticket sales in real time and adjust showtimes or screen allocations as needed.
• Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop front-of-house and back-of-house teams to meet service standards, sales targets, and cost controls.
• Projection Maintenance: Ensure proper operation and preventative maintenance of projection equipment (digital projectors, servers) and screening rooms.
• Sound Management: Oversee audio system performance—including calibration and troubleshooting of Golden Duck sound systems.
• Technical Coordination: Coordinate with technical vendors and in-house technicians for equipment repairs, upgrades, and safety inspections.
• Community Space Development: Project-manage the design, long-term strategy, and activation of multi-use waiting areas—overseeing space planning, vendor selection, budgeting, timeline execution, and community-building initiatives to transform the lobby into a co-working or social hangout spot.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in cinema and/or live-entertainment venue management
• Proven skills in movie programming, scheduling, and strategic promotions
• Technical proficiency with digital projection and Golden Duck audio systems
