Job Summary:
The Associate Director, Healthcare Provider Management role is instrumental in driving vertical integration with healthcare providers within the market, supporting the development of greenfield ventures, and enabling synergy between AIA's local insurance business unit and healthcare provision assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of new healthcare ventures ensuring alignment with AIA's strategic direction and local market needs
- Manage strategic partnerships and joint ventures with healthcare providers, fostering collaboration and integration with AIA's insurance business units
- Oversee initiatives that enhance the performance and efficiency of provider networks, including the implementation of performance monitoring tools and improvement plans
- Support the establishment of governance frameworks, operational standards, and compliance processes for healthcare provision assets in line with AIA's policies
- Contribute to strategic planning by identifying and evaluating opportunities for market expansion, including greenfield developments, acquisitions, and partnerships
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Medical, Business, Economics or related field
- 8–10 years of experience in healthcare strategy, operations, or provider management
- Proven leadership in healthcare venture execution and partnership management
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to lead cross-market initiatives and drive strategic outcomes
- Excellent command in English

- Preparing and leading business review meeting with team on monthly and quarterly basis.
- Reviewing client's sales and operations performance.

Client Service and Supply Chain Network Management

**Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders within hospital, physician practice and imaging center account service lines (Radiology, Cardiology, Oncology,** **Operating Room &** **Women's Health) to identify qualified leads, grow market share and increase revenue, and reduce customer attrition.**
**Deliver on quarterly & annual orders and revenue sales targets; maximize profit margin on equipment and service contract sales.**
**Leverage diagnostic imaging product knowledge in MRI, X-ray, CT, Interventional Radiology & Cardiology, Mammography, Nuclear Medicine & PET-CT to drive funnel growth for the region.**
