**Responsibilities:
Business Review**
- Preparing and leading business review meeting with team on monthly and quarterly basis.
- Reviewing client's sales and operations performance.
- Update market situation to ensure that client receive up-to-date information which is useful for their business decision.
- Act as a company representative to communicate all necessary issues to clients.
Client Service and Supply Chain Network Management
- Liaise with Client Management Team for their requirements and daily problems.
- Coordinate with DKSH internal teams to provide effective solutions for client's requirements related to operation issues i.e. order processing, credit control, inventory management, etc.
Drive Operational Efficiency through Assigned Projects.
- Coordinate between clients and internal departments to drive company's project which increase operational and cost efficiency; for instance, managing warehouse space, promoting the use of electronic tools or online platform, monitoring problem bills, etc.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operation or logistics.
- Must have ability to resolve the issues.
- Good planning and organizing skill.
- Having knowledge in quality system, ISO, GMP, SAP
Location / Working day - time
- Place: DKSH (Bangchak)
- Working day: Monday - Friday
- Time: 08:00 - 17:00

What You'll Be Doing
• Drive the sales strategy and execution for assigned accounts in the Diagnostic Imaging portfolio.
• Manage and grow relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector to ensure long-term business success.
• Identify new business opportunities and evaluate customer needs to propose appropriate solutions.
• Use CRM tools for accurate sales forecasting, planning, and pipeline tracking.
• Collaborate with internal teams (BDM, PM, CS, Marketing, Logistics) to ensure smooth execution of sales and delivery.
• Prepare proposals and lead contract negotiations in alignment with company policy.
• Provide input into after-sales service initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline, and performance to leadership.

What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in Radiological Technology, Medical Technology, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of sales experience, preferably in the CT, MR, or X-ray medical imaging market.
• Strong knowledge of Thailand's healthcare and medical device landscape.
• Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and develop strategic account plans.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Fluent in Thai and English, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel, especially to key provinces in Northeast Thailand (e.g., Khon Kaen, Nakhon Ratchasima, Ubon Ratchathani).

within the medical device industry. While experience with CT, MR, or X-ray imaging is highly preferred. We are
open to candidates with a strong track record in selling other complex medical devices
, such as monitors or infusion pumps. - Deep understanding
of Thailand's healthcare market and medical device landscape. - Proven expertise
in managing complex sales cycles and developing sophisticated strategic account plans. - Exceptional business acumen
and the ability to navigate intricate customer relationships effectively. - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
with a demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate at various levels. - Proficiency
in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems. - Fluent
in both Thai and English, spoken and written. - Willingness to travel
