- Conduct presentations and workshops in risk identification and migration.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- At least 8 years working experience focusing on risk advisory, preferably in a management consulting firm
- Possess a positive and constructive attitude
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to details
- Experience in operational risk management or a related role from preferably consumer platform
- Strong project management skills, as well as stakeholder management, coupled with a proven track record of managing change
- Knowledge of E-commerce risk management is a plus

- Monitor compliance to policies and laws by inspecting employees and operations
- Inspect equipment and machinery to observe possible unsafe conditions
- Investigate accidents and incidents to find cause and take prevention measures for further incidents
- Fully responsible for planning, reporting, implementing and monitoring all HSE requirements and compliance of all laws & statutory requirements.
- Shall carry out inspection to identify various unsafe conditions of work sites/machinery/equipments as well as unsafe acts on the part of workmen/supervisor/engineer while carrying out different project related works
- Should conduct Safety Committee Meetings with frequent intervals
