คุณสมบัติ:

• การศึกษาระดับปริญญาโทขึ้นไป ในสาขานิติศาสตร์ และกฎหมาย

ความรับผิดชอบหลัก

(1) ติดตามดูแลการดำเนินงานของกิจการที่กองทุนเพื่อการฟื้นฟูและพัฒนาระบบสถาบันการเงิน (กองทุนฯ) ถือหุ้นให้มี

    ความมั่นคง และเป็นไปตามหลักธรรมาภิบาล เช่น กำหนดตัวชี้วัดผลการดำเนินงาน (KPI) และวิเคราะห์แผนธุรกิจเพื่อ

    กำหนดเป้าหมายของกิจการที่กองทุนฯ ถือหุ้น ติดตามผลการดำเนินงานและวิเคราะห์ฐานะทางการเงินและผลการ

    ดำเนินงานของกิจการที่กองทุนฯ ถือหุ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง

(2) ดำเนินการและประสานงานเพื่อเสนอชื่อบุคคลเป็นกรรมการในกิจการที่กองทุนฯ ถือหุ้น และศึกษาแนวทางการกำกับ

    ดูแลกิจการที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น โครงสร้างคณะกรรมการบริษัท และค่าตอบแทนกรรมการ รวมถึงจัดทำข้อมูลสนับสนุน

(3) ติดตามการดำเนินงานของกิจการที่ไม่ได้จดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทยที่กองทุนฯ ถือหุ้น รวมถึง

    วิเคราะห์แนวทางการบริหารจัดการหุ้นของกิจการดังกล่าว

คุณสมบัติ

(1) จบปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการเงินการธนาคาร บริหารธุรกิจ บัญชี เศรษฐศาสตร์ และสาขาวิชาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง

(2) มีความรู้หรือประสบการณ์ในด้านวางแผน ด้านวิเคราะห์สินเชื่อ ด้านบริหารความเสี่ยง  หรือ ด้านตรวจสอบ หรือ

    ด้านอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง อย่างน้อย 2 ปี จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ 

(3) TOEIC 550 หรือเทียบเท่า

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years experience in financial feasibility studies, investment analysis and financial modeling in hotel, real estate, mixed-use or related functions.
• At least 1 year experience in hotel operations, preferably within the luxury to economy hotel segment will be an advantage.
• Fluent in spoken and written English (minimum score of TOEIC 800, TOEFEL 500, IELTS 6.5)
• Having experience in a listed company or large corporation will be an advantage.
• Excellent in business transformation, hotel operations and delivering excellent guest and customer experiences, and strategic growth.
• Excellent in project management and business presentation skills in Thai & English.

Job Description:

Primarily responsible for business development and operations in the residential real estate sector (Real Estate Business Development / Property Management)
