The Asset Manager Lead will be responsible for managing the portfolio of real‐estate and secured assets, particularly foreclosed, distressed or repossessed properties.
This role requires expertise in
real‐estate litigation
, asset recovery and value enhancement. You will lead asset management operations ensuring assets are optimised, disposed of/integrated into sale pipelines, and that recovery strategies are robust and executable. 
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the asset management team for secured assets (land, residential, commercial, industrial) acquired via NPL/NPA resolution or foreclosure.
 - Develop and implement asset enhancement and monetisation strategies: refurbishment, leasing, resale, joint ventures, redevelopment, or bulk sale.
 - Evaluate and manage the legal/litigation status of assets: ensure title, foreclosure, repossession, eviction, litigation risks are assessed and managed.
 - Work with legal, valuation, operations, sales, finance teams to ensure assets are litigation-ready and value is realised.
 - Monitor asset performance: occupancy, leasing yields, cost of holding, cash flows, value appreciation, carrying costs, exit timing.
 - Prepare asset business plans, budgets, performance dashboards, and track KPIs (IRR, yield, cost per sq m, time to exit).
 - Coordinate with the sales/disposition team to ensure assets are moved into the pipeline for disposal or recapitalisation.
