Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the Oil & Gas sector, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored talent solutions.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of recruitment experience, ideally within the Oil & Gas sector. Experience with recruitment agencies is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai. Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and clients at all levels.
• Sales-Oriented: Self-motivated and driven to meet targets. Ability to build and maintain relationships in a competitive recruitment environment.
