Key Responsibilities:

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field, preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration.Psychology
2-5 years of experience in recruiting - Proven experience in HR policy compliance, employee engagement, and performance management, preferably in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with tech employees, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to address employee concerns in a proactive and solutions-oriented manner.
- Deep knowledge of recruiting best practices, particularly in areas related to tech talents, retention strategies, and compliance issues.
- Familiarity with using data to drive decisions and improvements.
- Direct experience working with and supporting both Thai and non-Thai national employees
- Experience living and/or working overseas would be highly valued
