Lead Warehouse Operation

· Lead team to participate in periodic physical stock counts and oversee product destruction processes in accordance with company policy and regulatory requirements.
· Verify alignment between physical stock, system data, and accounting records.
· Lead team to maintain optimal stock levels to balance supply and demand efficiently.
· Act as a key contact between the company and suppliers regarding stock and shipment status.
· Provide regular inventory and reconciliation reports to management and relevant departments.
· Identify process gaps and propose improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and stock accuracy.
Logistics and Distribution
· Undertake the sourcing, selection, engagement, and performance management of distributor and fulfillment service providers (3PL/4PL) to ensure product readiness and deliveries in accordance with the Company's requirements for quantity, quality, delivery location, and schedule.
· Manage warehousing, transportation, and product distribution processes.
· Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely and compliant delivery of finished goods.
· Monitor special storage requirements for pharmaceutical and supplement products.
· Coordinate with internal and external parties on material transfers and shipments.
· Ensure shipping and delivery terms comply with agreed Incoterms (e.g., EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP).
· Review related documents such as Delivery Notes, Packing Lists, and Commercial Invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with trade terms.
· Oversee the import and export logistics to ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
· Ensure all shipments comply with required import/export documentation and customs regulations.
· Negotiate and coordinate with freight forwarders, customers brokers, and suppliers for efficiency and cost-effective transportation
· Prepare and verify all necessary documents such as invoices, certificates of origin, and bills of lading for smooth international transactions
Compliance and Quality Assurance
· Ensure compliance with GDP, GMP, FDA, and other regulatory requirements.
· Collaborate with QA/QC to handle supplier audits, product recalls, and non-conformance issues.
· Maintain proper documentation for traceability and regulatory inspections.
Leadership and Cross-functional Collaboration
· Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team.
· Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance & Accounting, Procurement, and Quality Assurance to ensure business and operational alignment.
· Drive digital transformation and use of ERP/MRP systems for data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
· Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain or operations, preferably in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or FMCG industry.
· Strong knowledge of GMP, GDP, FDA, and related regulatory standards.
· Good understanding of Incoterms and international trade documentation.
· Experience in ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
· Excellent command of English and Thai (both written and verbal).
