Position Overview

Lead Warehouse Operation

• Work with 3PL to standardize SOP for inbound, outbound, packing, sorting and counting,
• Manage and control 3PL workflows and its activities in the warehouse (Processes, warehouse tours & audit, 5S, TPM, training.) as well as during 3PL operation improvement activities.
• Control 3PL inventory accuracy by conducting physical counts and reconcile with SAP system to analyze inventory discrepancies, perform root cause analysis and suggest actions: stock differences, losses & breakages

Lead Transport Operation

· Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain or operations, preferably in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or FMCG industry.

· Strong knowledge of GMP, GDP, FDA, and related regulatory standards.

· Good understanding of Incoterms and international trade documentation.

· Experience in ERP systems (e.g., SAP).

· Excellent command of English and Thai (both written and verbal).
