Arxada is looking for aRegional Sales Manager based in Ladkrabang, Bangkok. The position requires the incumbent to maximize our business result through implementation of Business strategies, key accounts management, development of customer relationships and provision of excellent sales and service experience.
- Implement and monitor local sales strategies for the sale of Arxada MCS product portfolio.
- Direct handling of HPC (Home & Personal Care) accounts and distributor in Thailand.
- Develop and drive new business opportunities.
- Regional key accounts coordinator of Southeast Asia.
- Extended to have more than one country directly accountable (regional coverage).
- Prepare and implement a comprehensive business plan to achieve sales goals for assigned customers.
- Maintain and improve customer relationships in various functions such as Purchasing, R&D, Regulatory and Quality Management to ensure a high level of customer services and satisfaction, including strategy meetings with customer's senior management to understand their needs and link them to the organizations' strategies.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives, while ensuring the optimum customer experience satisfaction.
- Revised lead generation plans to generate a substantive sales opportunity pipeline.
- Demonstrate Sales Excellence, i.e. accurate forecasting, call reports, market monitoring, sales plans, competition analysis, customer relationship management.
- Coordinate and communicate customer needs and market intelligence within Arxada to Technical Support, Regulatory, R&D and Marketing.
- Ensure all debts collection are completed on time in accordance to agreed payment terms.
- Build and maintain an effective network within Arxada.
- Actively represent our business at trade shows and conferences.
Requirements
- Bachelor or master's in science, or Chemistry, or Engineering, MBA is a plus.
- Business fluency in English (spoken and written).
- 10-20 years' experience commercial background in Homecare, Personal care, Professional Hygiene.
- Technical skills – experience in microbial control, and technical sales in the Homecare, Personal care Manufacturing sector.
- Computer literacy, Good written and oral skills
- The ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
- The ability to travel throughout Southeast Asia and to work outside of regular office hours when required.
