About the Role

- ประสบการณ์ในโครงการรูปแบบ EPC (ออกแบบ-จัดซื้อจัดจ้าง-ก่อสร้าง)

- มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดีเยี่ยม สามารถสื่อสารกับเจ้าของโครงการ ผู้ออกแบบ ผู้รับเหมา ซัพพลายเออร์ หน่วยงานราชการ ฯลฯ ได้อย่างชัดเจน เช่น การรายงานความคืบหน้าให้กับเจ้าของโครงการ ต้องสามารถสรุปข้อมูลสำคัญเกี่ยวกับเวลา ค่าใช้จ่าย และคุณภาพได้อย่างกระชับและชัดเจน
- มีทักษะการประสานงานที่ดี สามารถแก้ปัญหาข้อขัดแย้งต่างๆ ได้อย่างเหมาะสม เช่น การออกแบบที่ไม่ตรงกับความต้องการของเจ้าของ หรือการส่งมอบล่าช้าจากซัพพลายเออร์ ต้องสามารถหาทางออกที่เหมาะสมร่วมกันได้

2.5 ความรู้ทางวิชาชีพและเทคนิค

- สามารถประเมินต้นทุนได้อย่างแม่นยำในระยะเริ่มต้นของโครงการ โดยพิจารณาจากค่าออกแบบ ค่าจัดซื้อ ค่าก่อสร้าง และค่าบริหารโครงการ เช่น ใช้การสำรวจราคาตลาดร่วมกับการวิเคราะห์ความต้องการของโครงการ เพื่อจัดทำงบประมาณที่สมเหตุสมผล
- มีการควบคุมต้นทุนอย่างเข้มงวดในระหว่างการดำเนินโครงการ เช่น ตรวจสอบราคาที่เจรจาจัดซื้อเพื่อให้ได้ราคาที่สมเหตุสมผล ตรวจสอบค่าใช้จ่ายหน้างานเพื่อป้องกันค่าใช้จ่ายเกินความจำเป็น รวมถึงสามารถปรับแบบหรือแผนการก่อสร้างเพื่อลดต้นทุนโดยไม่กระทบต่อคุณภาพ

Tasks & responsibilities
- Act as a Scrum Master for the development team and facilitate sprint ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Define the duration and frequency of these ceremonies and ensure their effectiveness.
- Track and analyze team progress using Agile metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement. Implement data-driven process changes and adapt practices to the changing circumstances of the product.
