About the Project

We are seeking a highly creative Data Visualization Specialist to join a key client project focused on the manufacturing industry. Your primary mission is to use the MotionBoard platform to tell a compelling story by visualizing real-time IoT data on an industrial (factory environment) 3D map. This visualization will be the centerpiece for a major industrial exhibition.

Your Responsibilities

-Design and build a compelling, story

-driven dashboard experience using MotionBoard's 3D map feature to represent a factory environment.

-Work with the Project Manager and client to craft a narrative for the exhibition demo, ensuring the visualization clearly communicates value to a manufacturing audience.

-Take full ownership of the UI/UX, ensuring the 3D map and associated charts are intuitive, interactive, and visually stunning.

-Configure MotionBoard modules to connect to and handle live data streams from our IoT Engineer.

-Monitor and analyze the performance of the visualization, ensuring it is fast and responsive.

-Document the dashboard design and configuration.

Required Qualifications & Skills

-Proven experience as a Data Visualization Specialist or similar role, creating story-driven dashboards

-Deep, hands-on expertise with MotionBoard, with specific, demonstrable experience using its 3D map visualization feature.

-Fluent in Thai language and Good English proficiency

-A strong portfolio of examples of past work demonstrating excellent data visualization and UI/UX skills.

-Ability to translate complex data and business requirements into a clear and impactful visual narrative.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Qualifications

-Knowledge in Python

-Factory/ Plant /Facility Layout Designer

-Experience visualizing data for the manufacturing or industrial sectors.

-Basic understanding of IoT concepts and the MQTT protocol.

-Japanese language ability

1. Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements.

2. Prepare the accounting records and the monthly RPT report, including the consolidation of transaction booking.

3. Coordinate with Internal Audit, Compliance, and other relevant departments regarding matters pertaining to RPT and financial statements.
4. Manage additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

1. 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, including a segment in a supervisory capacity or demonstrable work experience as an Accounting Supervisor or external auditor.
2. Express professional skepticism in accounting.
3. Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations
4. High attention to detail and accuracy
5. Able to provide prompt responses to tasks and capable of collaborating effectively within a team

Responsibilities:

• Prepare comprehensive managerial reports, budgets and forecasts to support executive management decision-making in accordance with group company policies and in a timely manner.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis on managerial reports to identify trends, variances and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business drivers and financial data into actionable insights for executive management.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing financial reporting preparation and analysis processes to strengthen the team's analytical capability to deliver more effective business insights and support further business requirement.
• Provide strategic financial recommendations to executive management on resource allocation and financial performance to support sustainable growth opportunities.
• Supervise and monitor the preparation process of financial reports by overseas subsidiaries to ensure alignment with accounting standards, group company policies and relevant regulations.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting
• 3 - 6 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting or related roles (experience in a manufacturing business is a plus)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate findings clearly
• Resilience and time management skills to handle work under pressure and deliver results within tight deadlines
• Proactive and eager to learn with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI) and experience with ERP systems (SAP is preferred)
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Able to communicate effectively in English for work purposes (TOEIC score of 550 or above)

About the Role

Responsible for preparing and distributing periodic financial statements to various stakeholders, and the compliance with professional standards, AIA group reporting policy and statutory and regulatory requirements

• Build and prepare consolidation of journal entries
• Eliminate intercompany transactions and consolidate divisional and subsidiary financial accounts for inclusion in internal and external financial statements
• Work with external auditors to safeguard reporting quality and compliance

Job Description

1) Assets

• Review and record prepaid expenses, deposits, and amortization in line with accounting standards.
• Participate in inventory counts, prepare reconciliation reports, and ensure accurate COGS recording.
• Record acquisition/disposal of fixed assets, depreciation, and prepare supporting schedules.
• Maintain schedules for other asset categories (current & non-current, deposits, guarantees).
• Prepare bank reconciliation reports for manager review.

2) Liabilities

• Review and adjust liability accounts beyond trade payables (accrued expenses, provisions, tax payables).
• Prepare supporting schedules for liabilities such as accrued expenses, tax payables, and unearned revenue.
• Record interest expenses, amortize borrowings, and update loan schedules.
• Maintain schedules for current and non-current liabilities.

3) Others

• Prepare additional reports as requested by relevant departments.
• Ensure accurate and consistent ERP data entry.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Financial Reporting Manager.

Job specification

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting (CPA preferred)
• Holder of a valid CPD license, if any.
• Over 5 years of experience in Audit or Accounting.
• Proven knowledge of accounting regulations, practices, and standards (TFRS) with strong understanding of local taxation regulation
• Having experience or knowledge in ERP system: (e.g. SAP, SAP Business One, Flowaccount)
