**Job Description** ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Develop and implement occupational health and safety programs and activities in compliance with WD and local requirements
- Conduct safety inspection, audit, risk assessment according to WD and local requirement.
- Organize and manage environmental, health and safety committees. Prepare record and document monthly safety committee meeting.
- Provide occupational health and safety training and specific training to WD employees and contractors.
- Investigates and analyzes accident, prepares reports and recommends corrective and preventive actions
- Create safety awareness programs and communicate occupational health and safety related information to employees
- Prepare legal required report to local labor office and other legal requirements.
- Coordinate and communicate occupational health and safety related programs and implementation with external parties.
- Assist EHS team members in environmental, health and safety activities i.e. collecting data, field testing, monitoring & measurements, assessment etc.
- Other tasks assigned by immediate manager.
**Qualifications** REQUIRED**:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or Engineering or related field.
- At least 0-2 years in manufacturing Occupational Health and Safety.
**PREFERRED**:
- Basic Facility Systems
- Occupational Health and Safety Management System
- WD Occupational Health & Safety requirements
- Applicable legal and other requirements
**SKILLS**:
- Problem solving and decision making and follow up.
- Communication in English.
- EMS/OHSMS internal audit.
- EHS inspection/patrol
- Basic chemical safety and management.
- Environmental aspect identification, Hazard identification, risk assessment, Accident reporting and investigation.
- Fire and life safety, Machine safety, Maintenance safety, Material handling safety.
- Ergonomic, Industrial hygiene sampling, Personal Protective Equipment, Hearing conservation.

Inspecting hazardous factor in the work environment, quality of equipment or facility that used by associates.
