Job Description

  • Health and safety management
  • Monitor incidents of injury, illness, and other situations within an assigned NMAP TC area
  • Investigate environmental accidents and other health & public safety concerns and establish the countermeasure
  • Ensure the operations are followed company system, comply with occupational health & safety management system and safety rules/regulations.
  • Recommend appropriate protective equipment that workers should wear while carrying out tasks
  • Develop and maintain environmental measurement and monitoring programs, evaluate workplace environments to ensure compliance with EHS standards and regal requirements.
  • Safety Training management
  • Identify and develop relevant training programs for company employee and management
  • Organize and implement any training/activities related to risks and safety and ensure the training for all employees based on safety legal & other requirements
  • Enhance safety related knowledge of employees and contractors to ensure their understanding of safety risks in their work and enable them to properly manage the risks in their daily work
  • Safety document & report management
  • Create analytical & safety report to the government officer as legal requirement
  • Provide regular report on relevant health and safety activities to superior presenting in the committee meeting
  • Record and investigate incidents to determine causes and handle worker's compensation claims

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree Occupational Health and Safety or related

  • Positive attitude, strong communication and collaboration skills

The CRO will head the newly established Risk Management Department (RMD) for Kingfisher Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries (the Group). Risk Assessment Job Responsibilities:

· Staff

Actively assist RMC and the Group Human Resources Department in the identification, assessment and recruitment of potential new staff for the RMD, from both outside and inside the Group

· Risk Identification and Assessment:

Identify potential risks across various areas like financial, operational, and compliance, and assessing their potential impact.

· Risk Analysis and Prioritization:

Conduct risk analysis to evaluate the likelihood and potential severity of identified risks and prioritizing them based on their potential impact.

· Policy Development and Implementation

Review and recommend necessary changes to existing Group  risk management policies and procedures and, where needed, create RMD policies and procedures, ensuring they are appropriate, up to date and aligned with Group goals and regulatory requirements. Recommend risk appetite levels for approval by RMC.

· Risk Mitigation:

Develop and implement strategies to reduce or eliminate identified risks. This includes creating contingency plans, establishing controls, and working with other departments to address potential

· Monitoring and Review:

Track the effectiveness of risk management strategies and processes, monitoring key risk indicators and reporting on risk levels

Continuously monitor the effectiveness of implemented risk management strategies and making adjustments as needed.

· Reporting and Communication:

Communicate risk assessments, mitigation plans and monitoring results to RMC.

· Ensuring Compliance:

Ensuring that the Group complies with relevant laws, regulations and industry standards related to risk management.

· Training and Awareness:

Educate employees about risk management best practices and promoting a culture of risk awareness throughout the Group, including by facilitating workshops and training.

· Developing Contingency Plans:

Create contingency plans to manage crises and ensure business continuity in the event of a risk event.

· Collaboration:

Work with different departments to ensure a holistic approach to risk management and integrating risk considerations into decision – making process.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Bachelor Degree or higher in a relevant study, such as Business, Legal, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety or Business Administration and related fields.

· to 10 years of working experience in Risk Management, Risk Assessment, Safety Management, Financial Management or other related areas.

Job Summary and Mission

This position will be responsible for all brand quality system. It shall contribute to the brand's success by providing dedicated technical knowledge to ensure food safety & quality compliance throughout the product's supply chain in day-to-day operation as well as seeking the initiative for quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities

1.    Maintaining brand quality at stores by conducting store audit using brand or company's in-house standard checklist. (Up country travelling required) . (30% coverage) .

  • Plan and conduct an effective audit at stores by utilizing the brand's checklist.
  • Plan and conduct the quality sampling of products by either test kit or 3rd laboratory.
  • Creating constructive audit reports to related parties or cross functions.
  • Raise up and lead to related parties to have an effective solution proactively.
  • Manage the 3rd parity auditors to make sure the alignment of the standard.

2.    Quality improvement initiative and projects. (30% coverage) .

  • Analyze the overall result and be able to provide advice for prevention (Utilize the computer's application) .
  • Establish the quality procedures to improve the overall quality.
  • Conduct an experiment or testing to approve the new equipment, smallware or chemicals.

3.    Handling product complaint or product quality defect. (15% coverage) .

  • Monitoring product complaint or product defect reported by stores or customer.
  • Reacting to all complaints appropriately to seek the root cause and having corrective/preventive action.
  • Liaison with the Regional Office on specific complaints and seeks appropriate actions.

4.    Maintaining supplier's quality at local suppliers and warehouse & transportation by conducting quality audit at supplier. (25% coverage).

  • Schedule an audit plan and conduct an effective audit at suppliers or warehouse.
  • Creating constructive feedback and setting up corrective / preventive action appropriately.
  • Seeking the opportunities of improvement.

5.    Dealing with authority in regulatory affair e.g. TH-FDA. (per assignment)

  • Execute the registration process until completion to ensure all imported items are timely imported

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Food Science and Technology or equivalent field of sciences.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in roll of food quality assurance or production either in industrial or retail.
  • Having direct regulatory affair experience with TH-FDA or related agents (optional)
  • Good command of English communication – speaking and writing
  • Good computer knowledge.
  • Good interpersonal skill and relationship
