**Education**:
- Degree in Engineering, Safety Science or similar fields
**Experience**:
- At least 5-7 years of hand-on relevant working experience as a Safety, Quality and Environment Manager in Inspection Services Industry, or at least 5 years in Management level.
**Key Responsibility**
- Coordinate and monitors the QSMS to ensure all aspects are fully implemented and maintained in accordance with the Internal Standard, Regulations and customer requirements.
- Liaise with all concerned department on the performance of the QSMS.
- Promotes awareness of the QSMS.
- External dealings concerning the QSMS.
- Responsible for establishing, documenting, implementing and monitoring Quality & Safety Management System (QSMS) and Quality Assurance nature that meet essential requirements of such systems and practices.
- Oversee Document Control Center in Management System.
- Maintain and develop working systems and all documentation in Quality and Safety Management System.
- Follow up the quality and safety management system.
**Other Job Responsibility**
- Provide QSMS, QA and system related trainings and guidance for the concerned employees of the company.
- Assist in managing and executing all training programs as required for standards compliance, both in-house and outside, for inspectors and other employees of the company.
- Generate and implement ideas that improve quality indicators in line with cost, investment and service goals.
- Plan and implement the monitoring, measurement, analysis and improvement processes including control of all monitoring and measuring devices.
- Other assignments as assigned by the CAO/GM.

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 5 years of experience in managing, sourcing, or procuring business resources and vendors.
+ 5 years of experience in co-ordinating or managing resources for data center locations, and leading operational or project based work and tasks.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ Experience in managing workforce.
+ Experience with Google application.
+ Knowledge of physical security, investigations, compliance, or risk management.
+ Knowledge of security technology including access control and CCTV.

**Responsibilities:**
+ Oversee compliance, security and risk management programs for the data center campus including incident management, guard agreements and physical security issues.
+ Provide after hours on-call support and serve as the primary contact for emergencies, event response and crisis management.
+ Conduct investigations into code of conduct violations, workplace injuries and security incidents, as well as Threat, Vulnerability and Risk Assessments (TVRA).
+ Enforce compliance processes in alignment with Compliance, Safety, and Risk Management (CSRM) policies, standards and regulatory requirements.
+ Manage security-related budgets, forecasts and invoice control for the assigned campus while supporting financial analysis and decision-making for security requirements.

Responsible for assessing the risk in hotel work environment to minimizing associates' illness and injury during work hour. Inspecting hazardous factor in the work environment, quality of equipment or facility that used by associates.
