We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Transportation Safety Management (TSM) to join our team at TD M LOGISTICS CO., LTD.' in Chachoengsao. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and efficiency of our road transport services. This is a full-time position that is critical to the success of our organization.

What you'll be doing

• Developing, implementing and monitoring safety policies, procedures and training programs for our transportation fleet
• Conducting regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate risks
• Analyzing incident and accident data to implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant transportation safety regulations and legislation
• Collaborating with operations teams to address safety concerns and implement best practices
• Providing expert guidance and support to drivers and other personnel on safety-related matters
• Tracking and reporting on key transportation safety metrics to management

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar transportation safety management role, preferably within the road transport industry
• Strong understanding of transportation safety regulations, best practices and risk management principles
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address complex safety issues
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective safety policies, procedures and training programs
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise with drivers, operations teams and senior leadership
• Commitment to fostering a strong safety culture and continuous improvement

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• วางแผน ตรวจสอบ กำกับดูแล ให้โครงการก่อสร้างปฏิบัติได้ตามกฎหมาย ระเบียบข้อบังคับ และมาตรการ ด้านความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย และสิ่งแวดล้อม , ให้เป็นไปตามสัญญา หรือ มาตรฐานสากล
• รวบรวม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล สถิติ และรายงานด้านความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัยและสิ่งแวดล้อม รวมถึงติดตามและประเมินผล เพื่อเสนอต่อฝ่ายบริหารฯโครงการ
• วิเคราะห์งานเพื่อชี้บ่งอันตราย และกำหนดมาตรการป้องกันในงานโครงการ
• สนับสนุนงานความปลอดภัยงานซ่อมบำรุง และผลิตไฟฟ้า (Industrial waste power plant)

คุณสมบัติ

• ปริญญาตรีวิทยาศาสตร์ สาขาอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัย หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง (มีเกรดเฉลี่ยขั้นต่ำ 2.70)

• สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีทั้งการพูดและการเขียน (ต้องมีคะแนน TOEIC อย่างน้อย 550)

• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง 3-5 ปีขึ้นไป

• มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ Standard system: ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO14001, NFPA, OSHA

• มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ กฎหมาย และมาตรฐานงานก่อสร้าง และ พรบ.โรงงาน

• มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ Green Industry and Eco Factory for Waste Processor

• เป็นผู้มีความรู้ เชี่ยวชาญ ในงานที่สูง ตั้งนั่งร้าน งานยก และงานที่อับอากาศ

• เป็นวิทยากรถ่ายทอดความรู้ ประสบการณ์ ให้ผู้ปฏิบัติงานได้

• สามารถเรียนรู้มาตรฐาน ความปลอดภัย ทั้งในและต่างประเทศ

• สามารถเรียนรู้นำเทคโนโลยีมาประยุกต์ใช้ในงานก่อสร้าง

• สามารถไปปฏิบัติงานต่างจังหวัดได้

• Building safety inspection module
• Maintain safety and environment of the workplace
• Learn about contractor safety control
• Learn about chemical management

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Currently studying 3rd year or 4th year in Bachelor degree in Engineering/Science on Occupational Health and Safety
• Knowledge in safety in the semiconductor industry
• Strong understanding in safety and health
