Responsibility as part of the store logistics team for the integration of IKEA supply quality, health and safety standards in the goods flow process and customer delivery processes
**Your assignment**
- You will safeguard the quality of all logistics processes to ensure that no damaged products reach the customer.
- You will provide feedback on loading quality to supplier and claim as much as possible to reduce internal damages.
- You will help secure that the logistics operation is carried out according to regulations and mandatories, that procedures and follow - ups are implemented and that the store is operating in compliance during all hours.
- You will also secure that the condition of the product is neat, clean and tidy to ensure fantastic shopping experience for customer and increase confidence quality of the product to customer.

- You have at least 2-3 years of experience in working in a retail and/or logistics role, with previous experience of managing people.

Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance and objects weighing in excess of 75 pounds with assistance. Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces. Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces as well as up and down stairs and/or service ramps. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
