Responsibilities:

• Support the lifecycle of privileged accounts, including access provisioning, password rotation and de-provisioning.
• Support system patching, troubleshooting, automation initiatives, and disaster recovery (DR) testing.

Job Purpose:

The Technical Specialist Identity and Access Management (IAM) plays a crucial role in maintaining and improving the digital systems that support the organization's processes and its users. She or He will design, implement, and maintain robust IAM solutions to safeguard critical systems and information. This role is responsible for managing user authentication, authorization, access provisioning, and ensuring compliance with organizational security policies.
