**Your impact**:
As a Sales Administration Intern, you will have the unique opportunity to support our sales team in various administrative and operational tasks. This role will provide you with exposure to the B2B sales process and valuable insights into the software industry. You will work closely with our sales team, gaining practical experience while contributing to the overall success of our organization.
**Your day-to-day responsibilities**:
- Enter and maintain customer information, sales activities, and relevant data in the CRM system. Ensure data accuracy and integrity while maintaining confidentiality.
- Support the order processing workflow, including entering and tracking orders, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment, and addressing customer inquiries related to orders
- Assess the quality and fit of inbound leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring they meet our target customer profile.
- Assist in generating reports on lead follow-up activities, tracking conversion rates, and providing insights to optimize the lead management process.
**Your ideal profile**:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in business administration, International Business, marketing, or a related field. Relevant coursework or prior internship experience is a plus.
- Interest in sales/account management/relationship management or related fields, any previous experience in the field is welcome
- Possess verbal and written skills in both Thai and English language
- Independent, fast-learning, self-motivation, positive and never give up attitude
