Job Detail
- Assistant to Sales & marketing GM to lead the division.
- Sales activities to get the inquiries from customer or distributor.
- Support the information to distributor. Main task can negotiate between
- customer and factory to find out the best solution about production, payment,
- delivery etc.
- Discussing product specifications between customer and distributor.
- Issue quotation and contract of the product specification to customer.
- Delivery control.
- Payment following up.
- Visiting to customers (Sometimes make a business trip to domestic)
- Monthly report to estimate performance (Sales/Gross margin)
- Support to Sales team/ coordinate between divisions / Any assignment by GM.

29,000 - 32,000 (THB)

experience
- Male, Age 27-32 Years old
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- More than 3 years of experience as Sales Coordinator.
- English Business Level TOEIC 600 score up.
- Knowledge of engineer (Prefer)
- Able to drive and go business trip throughout Thailand.
- Have good follower skills.
- Have multitask skills.
- Able to set up the priorities of the tasks.

Job Description

Gather and analyze critical data to support effective sales deal management for both small and medium-sized opportunities
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive proposals, contracts, and documentation to facilitate smooth deal progression
- Liaise closely with cross-functional teams to organize valuable market insights that optimize sales strategies
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners through proactive issue resolution and attentive service
- Contribute expertise to training programs to continuously enhance sales support capabilities across the team
- Oversee industrial sales activities in your assigned territory, managing relationships with existing and potential customers
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure purchase orders are completed accurately and efficiently
- Conduct on-site visits and travel to upcountry locations as required to support sales efforts
- Handle bid/pricing documents, sales reports, and other documentation as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Certificates (Optional): Sales Support Professional Certificate for specific training in sales support roles, including process support
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Very good in English communication
