Working Hour: Working 5 days/week (Shift Hrs / Hrs)
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations in a luxury boutique store.
- Providing product details and information to the customer and understanding customer needs
- Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services
- Sell products and contribute to the growth of sales in the store
- Following up with clients for their appointment and purchase
- Letting customer knows about company's additional services or products
- Be confident to develop and maintain strong relationships to ensure each customer receives a consistent and professional service throughout
- Represent the boutique in greeting customers and provide pleasant customer service
- Resolves product and/or services problems by clarifying customer's complaints, determining the cause of the problem, and explaining the best solution to the customer
- Provide daily reports to the office by escalating queries and concerns
- Recommends potential products or similar products to the customer
- Perform with energy, is proactive, does not give up, and actively researches ways to improve results/solve problems.
- Collect the feedback from customers on the collection and provide them to the Operations Manager
- Contribute to teamwork, adapts to different personalities, is flexible, seeks support from and provides support to colleagues
- Maintain the standards of visual merchandising and housekeeping within the boutique
- Track, input and register their customer information in system (salesforce system)
- Manage and put the product to shelf as the plan by merchandised section.
- Can clear stock, set the merchandising and window display and report.
- Understand the promotion and up sale product under the promotion easily.
Qualification
- Experienced in the luxury retail background is highly preferred
- Passionate about Fashion
- Highly motivated and fast-learner
- Excellent customer service and selling skills with natural gesture
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
