- Support business succession of acquisition channels on Krungsri Channels in term of no. of new card booking, new card performance (approval rate, cancelled rate, fraud etc.), applicaton process through digital method - BAY branches to leverage more on One Scan and Digital Prescreen, new card spendning (activation rate and active rate), no of list leading to crose sell insurance
- Not only support succession on acquisition, but also work to push the success on other KPIs to be aligned with overall business goals such as net income , NEA , credit volume (card & loan) , no. of new accounts , A&P per spending volume (including CB&BP) , portfolio quality (%DQ of card and loan)
- Work sale activities in BAY events and other assigned events and ensure that all activities are aligned with new card target of KCC
- Support sale front end to ensure all processes driving to achieve target.
- Set up booth.
- Operate and control sale activities at events.
- Record and report application and new card volume.
- Estimate & process production, distribute, and check stock for material, and premium to support sales front end.
- Coordinate with related functions to follow up application from One Scan.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
- Be able to travel around Thailand to join sales event.
- At least 1-2 years experience in Credit Card or Insurance Business.
- Good personality, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Presentation Skills).
- Good coordination and facilitation skills
- Able to work well under pressure and time constraints.
