**JOB SUMMARY**
Responsible for soliciting and managing of reservations sales-related opportunities. Manages and provides training and work assignments to Reservations Sales staff. Actively up-sells each business opportunity to maximize revenue opportunity. Achieves personal and team related revenue goals. Responsible for driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience. Provides service to our customers in order to grow share of the account on behalf of the company.
**CANDIDATE PROFILE**
**Education and Experience**
- High school diploma or GED; no work experience required.
OR
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years experience in the sales and marketing, guest services, front desk, or related professional area.
**CORE WORK ACTIVITIES**
**Understanding Markets & Maximizing Revenue**
- Identifies new reservations sales business to achieve personal and property revenue goals.
- Understands the overall market, including competitors' strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand etc. and knows how to sell against them.
- Closes the best opportunities for the property based on market conditions and property needs.
- Monitors same day selling procedures to maximize room revenue and control property occupancy.
- Gains understanding of the property's primary target customer and service expectations; serves the customer by understanding their business, business issues and concerns, to offer better business solution.
**Conducting Daily Reservations Sales Activities**
- Responds to incoming reservations sales opportunities for the property that are outside parameters of the .
- Uses negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts.
- Uses sales resources and administrative/support staff effectively.
- Assists in monitoring group reservation forecast data.
- Coordinates with sales and Convention Services to process rooming lists and reservation cards.
- Executes and supports the operational aspects of business booked (e.g., generating proposal, writing contract, customer correspondence).
- Assists with monitoring accuracy of reservation sales orders within tracking systems.
- Tracks no-show reservations and processes charges as needed.
- Checks daily arrivals to ensure all necessary billing instructions are applied to reservations.
- Manages wait list and prioritizes order of wait list contacts to be made.
- Prepares work and maintenance orders.
**Providing Exceptional Customer Service**
- Supports customer loyalty and property's brand standards by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
- Services our customers in order to grow share of the account.
- Provides excellent customer service consistent with the daily service basics of the brand.
- Executes exemplary customer service to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty by assisting the customer and ensuring their satisfaction before and during their program/event.
- Sets a positive example for guest relations.

**Managing and Conducting Human Resource Activities**
- Monitors reservations sales agents while on phone calls.
- Develops, implements and maintains a departmental orientation program for employees to receive the appropriate new hire training to successfully perform their job.
- Utilizes all available on the job training tools for employees.
- Creates monthly labor scheduling for team.

- Utilizes applicable intranet for resources and information.
- Creates contracts as required.

**Job Summary:**
+ This role will lead the short-term and long-term demand planning process for SEA writing business.
+ He/she plays a key role in delivering a solid consensus forecast via analysis, collaboration and influencing, which is a critical input in the Sales & Operations planning process.
+ He/she will be working with business functions to improve forecast accuracy, identify & quantify the risks and opportunities for better service level and lower total supply chain cost.
**Job Duties:**
+ Lead the forecasting process from baseline to consensus demand.
+ Lead the DRM for sign-off for short-term and long-term demand.
+ Collaborate with cross functional team for product phase in/out, promotions, and campaigns.
+ The owner of S&OE for timely capture the demand change.
+ Risk and opportunity assessment to drive smooth supply chain.
+ Continuous improvement to decrease E&O and increase service level.
+ Ensure all DP master data well maintained in the system.
+ Other projects assigned.
**Job Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Science, Engineering Finance or related field
+ At least 5 years of experiences in Demand Planning
+ Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain and demand planning process.
+ Excellent analytics with logical mind.
+ Strong influence skills and business acumen.
+ Experience in SAP and planning system, IBP preferred.
+ Advanced in MS apps as Excel, Power point, Power BI.
+ Full ownership, confident, careful and agile.
+ FMCG experience or industries with complex channels.
+ New products introduction and product life cycle management expertise.
+ Presentation skills.
The Base Pay Range for this position is from THB 66,000 to THB 100,000 per month. Salary will be based on prior experience related to the skills required for this position.

You will implement the Global blueprint of the new planning solution (o9) core model across E2E supply planning, implement the new solution within AMEA region and institutionalize the sustainment plan to secure adoption. **Purpose of the Role**
The o9 BU Champion will act as Demand Planning, IBP, S&OE SME lead for the BU to implement the new solution and institutionalize the sustainment plan to secure adoption. A core element of the role is leveraging their expertise to drive effective and sustainable implementation of new processes, ways of working and tools across the business, removing barriers and being an ambassador, role model and change agent among the Key users and end user communities.
**Main Responsibilities**
+ BU Subject Matter Expert in Demand Planning and IBP/S&OE to facilitate process design with Key Users
+ Lead the BU transformation in way of working for future demand planning vision - unified view of demand and low touch.
+ Providing BU stakeholder analysis and change impact assessment, and drive the change with x-functional partners and key users.
+ Solve problems with consideration of sustainable and standardized solution representing not only BU but also AMEA
+ Identify and validate Master data where required, support in data governance establishment in BU and support on driver data owner identification
+ Responsible for planning functional build & implementation/Working in testing and processes validation
+ Document Functional requirements / participate in fit gap analyses with regional functional stream lead
+ Create functional/integration test scenarios during SIT with regional SME lead support
+ Test/validate unit and integrated processes, based on the test scenarios
+ Conduct the BU End Users trainings and drive change management and adoption governance
+ Deep training on the o9 platform in preparation for functional design documentation
+ Participate various workshops, committees and cross-functional design sessions
**Key Skills required**
+ Demonstrated business operation understanding and multi-market working experience
+ Leadership skills and x-functional orchestrating capability under pressure and complex matrix team
+ Digital transformation experience is a plus especially advanced planning solutions
+ Deep expertise in Supply Chain Planning ideally with experience to implement APS solutions like o9/Kinaxis/OMP/ etc.
+ Growth Mindset and high speed learner
+ Demonstrated capability of managing a complex situation/project with ambiguities
+ Result driven and strong sense of speed of execution to delivery timeline
+ Strong stakeholders' management and influencing skills
