Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
 - Drive execution excellence by ensuring alignment between strategy and field implementation.
 - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and internal performance data to identify growth opportunities.
 - Collaborate with product, marketing, and training teams to support sales enablement initiatives.
 - Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to the Head of Sales.
 - Lead the annual sales planning process, including forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation.
 - Evaluate and optimize sales processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
 - Assist in the preparation and processing of insurance proposals, applications, and policy documentation, including clearing pending memos to support smooth sales operations.
 
Job Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
 - Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in sales strategy, planning, or operations within the insurance or financial services industry.
 - Proven track record of driving sales growth and operational excellence in a complex, regulated environment.
 
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and performance data.
 - Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with product, marketing, and training teams.
 - Proficiency in sales performance metrics, forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning.
 - Familiarity with insurance products, proposal processing, and policy documentation workflows.
 - Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
