About the role

As an IT SAP Support (Module CO) at Thai President Foods Public Company Limited, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintaining the company's SAP ERP system, with a focus on the Controlling (CO) module. In this full-time position based in Bangkok, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of the company's critical business systems.

What you'll be doing

1. Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to the SAP Controlling (CO) module
2. Assist with the configuration and customisation of the CO module to meet the company's evolving business requirements
3. Perform system maintenance, upgrades, and data management tasks to ensure the integrity and reliability of the SAP ERP system
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and document business requirements, and translate them into effective SAP solutions
5. Develop and implement process improvements, automation, and system enhancements to optimize the CO module's performance and efficiency
6. Provide training and knowledge-sharing to end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of the SAP CO module
7. Participate in the planning and execution of SAP-related projects and initiatives

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ERP system support, with a focus on the Controlling (CO) module
2. Strong technical understanding of SAP Controlling (CO) module configuration, customisation, and troubleshooting
3. Familiarity with SAP system administration, including database management, performance tuning, and security management
4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues
5. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
6. Experience in project management and the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
7. Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

SAP Application Support (SD/MM)

• Provide functional and technical support for SAP SD/MM with FI/CO coordination.
• Troubleshoot incidents and service requests; perform root cause analysis and follow-up.
• Create and maintain knowledge documentation, user guides, and issue logs.
• Communicate with business users, IT, and vendors to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Run SQL or SAP queries to support data validation and reporting for business improvement.

SAP ABAP Developer

• Develop, enhance, and maintain ABAP programs (RICEF: Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).
• Work with functional teams to analyze requirements and translate into technical specifications.
• Perform code review, testing, and performance tuning.
• Maintain technical documentation and transport management.
• Support integration between SAP modules and external systems.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• 2–5 years of experience in either SAP Application Support (SD/MM) or SAP ABAP Development.
• Strong understanding of SAP business processes and system configuration.
• Knowledge in SQL, system troubleshooting, or ERP query tools is an advantage.
• Experience with S/4HANA, OData, or CDS View is a plus.

Job Description- Analyze the needs of the user and design solutions to meet those needs within the SAP WM system
- Provide support to users and troubleshoot any issues with the SAP WM system
- Perform configuration and testing activities within the SAP WM module
- Recommend system enhancements and upgrades for improved functionality
- Document all SAP WM procedures and systems as a reference for future troubleshooting and updates
- Work closely with developers and other analysts to ensure integration with other SAP modules
- Provide user training and support documentation for the SAP WM module
- Stay informed about the latest updates and changes in the SAP system to ensure the organization's processes are current and effective

• Prepare the mock-up, Test Case, Attribute Descriptions
• Collaborate with Data Visualization Specialist to Develop the Report/Dashboard/Dataset
• Facilitate the UAT phase with the Business stakeholders to get approval to Deployment
• Rollout the D&A Products such as Dashboard, Self-service dataset to Business team

Skills and Experience required:

• Years of experience: 7+ Year with Manufacturing related
• Experience in SAP S4/HANU, SAP DM would be advantage
• Technical skills such as SQL, MS office
• Stakeholder Engagement: Skills in eliciting requirements from diverse stakeholders, including manufacturing operations, supply chain, finance, and IT departments.

• Act as the primary IT liaison for SAP FICO support and enhancement requests in Thailand.
• Understand business processes and requirements related to General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Internal Orders.
• Work with business users to gather, clarify, and document requirements, and raise them to the global IT SAP team.
• Support incident management and change request tracking in coordination with headquarters or external vendors.
• Participate in testing activities including preparing UAT test cases, coordinating testing timelines, supporting users, and managing sign-off for go-live.
• Collaborate with HQ IT or external vendors for SAP external system interfaces (e.g., banking interfaces, e-tax, e-invoice, reporting tools).
• Support SAP system upgrades, migrations, and new implementations to ensure smooth local adoption.
• Assist with local statutory and compliance requirements such as VAT, Withholding Tax, and reporting in compliance with Thai financial regulations.
• Coordinate with internal audit and external audit teams during system reviews or financial audits.
• Prepare documentation, training materials, and support manuals for local SAP users.

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a SAP FICO support or analyst role.
• Solid understanding of SAP ECC Fl/CO configuration concepts, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center, and Internal Orders.
• Able to communicate technical requirements and assess configuration solutions proposed by HQ/global teams.
• Experience working in a global SAP support model and coordinating with remote teams.
• Familiarity with interfaces and integration between SAP and external systems.
• Experience with SAP UAT processes, including test case preparation, coordination, and sign-off procedures.
• Good knowledge of Thai financial and tax regulations and localization impacts on SAP.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills in both Thai and English.
• Comfortable working in cross-functional, multi-national environments.

• Exposure to SAP ECC, SAP S/4 HANA, SAP BPM is a plus.
• Experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow, ServiceDesk Plus.
• Experience in the chemical or manufacturing sector preferred.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices or project implementation methodologies.
• SAP Fl/CO certification is an advantage.
