What we're looking for

SAP Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead, plan, and manage the SAP Data Migration solutions for our organization. The SAP Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, including defining the project scope, coordinating project teams, ensuring timelines and budgets are met, and ensuring the successful integration and deployment of SAP systems across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills along with extensive knowledge of SAP systems.

Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Define and document project objectives, deliverables, and key milestones.
• Coordinate the execution of project tasks, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.

Team Leadership and Coordination:

• Lead cross-functional teams consisting of SAP consultants, business analysts, and technical resources.

Client and Stakeholder Management:

• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are tracked and controlled.

SAP System Integration and Deployment:

Qualifications

We are looking for a highly qualified candidate who meets the following criteria:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing SAP Data migration projects.
• Proven track record of successfully leading SAP implementations (preferably across various modules SAP FICO, MM, SD, etc.).
• Experience managing large, cross-functional teams in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of SAP solutions, business processes, and system integration.
• Excellent project management skills, including familiarity with methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Position : SAP Technical manager (BTP/ABAP with CPI knowledge)

Responsibilities

• Have to work on BTP to develop new developments to cater the business requirements.
• Explore and utilize BTP development tools to provide the solutions.
• Handling complex ABAP programming, testing and debugging functions related to the S/4 HANA implementation of functional modules.
• Understanding the requirements from provided functional designs and transform these requirements into the technical designs.
