Job Purpose
ปฏิบัติหน้าที่และดำเนินงานด้านความปลอดภัยในการทำงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพและเป็นไปตามที่กฏหมายกำหนดรวมถึงตรวจประเมินการปฏิบัติงานของสถานประกอบกิจการให้เป็นไปตามแผนงานหรือมาตรการความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน
Responsibilities· ตรวจสอบการทำงานของบริษัทรักษาความปลอดภัยให้ทำงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ครบถ้วนตามที่ระบุไว้
· ควบคุมการทำงานของผู้รับเหมาต่างๆทั้งในส่วนของ Tenant และ Landlord ให้ปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบของฝ่ายอาคารและปฏิบัติงานอย่างปลอดภัยให้เป็นไปตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด
· ตรวจสอบและรักษาทรัพย์สินของอาคารต่างๆรวมไปถึงอุปกรณ์เกี่ยวกับความปลอดภัยให้อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งานได้ตลอดเวลา
· วางแผนมาตราการฉุกเฉินและจัดให้มีการซักซ้อมแผนต่างๆ ตามที่บริษัทกำหนด
· ควบคุมงานจราจรทั้งในส่วนบริเวณรอบอาคารและในอาคารลานจอดรถให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
· จัดทำรายงานสรุปการปฏิบัติงานและปัญหาต่างๆ ในแต่ละเดือน เพื่อนำเสนอให้กับทีมผู้บริหาร
Qualification· ปริญญาตรีในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง· มีประสบการณ์ทางด้านงานรักษาความปลอดภัย การดับเพลิง เป็นต้น ของอาคารสูง/ขนาดใหญ่ และทำงานในระดับหัวหน้างานไม่น้อยกว่า 3 ปี
· สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้ (กลางวัน/กลางคืน)
· มีความสามาถในด้านการเจรจาต่อรองกับทางผู้เช่าอาคาร ผู้รับเหมา และบุคคลทั่วไปได้ดี
· สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรม Ms. Office
· เคยมีการอบรมและมีใบ Certificate รับรองทางด้านความปลอดภัย
· สามารถปฏิบัติงานในกรณีเหตุฉุกเฉินต่างๆ ได้เป็นอย่างดี
