Job Description
Security Manager Services Site Security Management Services includes all aspects of the physical security operation; including, but not limited to, the following at the location(s) assigned within a given metro or geographic area:
- Responsible for overall administration of the services and deliverables provided pursuant to the contract and ensuring contractor and Personnel's compliance with the regulatory and contractual requirements of the SOW.
- Liaison between contractor and client, with law enforcement agencies, with client customers at the facilities, and with all Personnel.
- Plan, organize, direct, and control the operational and administrative activities of the services and deliverables required of Personnel on a day to day basis.
- Interact directly with the different internal groups on a daily basis to help ensure a fluent operational continuity throughout the site, thereby maintaining a transparent and trustful partnership with the client.
- Prepare for upcoming Marcus construction projects and help provide a strategic security plan.
- Oversee security exercises and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Respond and provide security support to all emergencies.
- Enforce physical security measures and practices to ensure client directives are completed.
- Knowledgeable of, and able to enforce, all policies/procedures from security related documentation.
- Continuously review the site security posture and immediate area for any gaps or known risk(s) to the site, site personnel, etc.
- Propose and implement proactive measures to detect security and safety weaknesses, provide relevant solutions, improve performance and expand operations.
- Collect, input, and review for accuracy all site metrics and assigned reporting requirements in compliance with contract requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of all incidents using the reporting system.
After coordinating with and gaining approval from the assigned Client Point of Contact, conduct site investigations.
Oversee the ordering and issuing of access badges for employees, extended workforce members, and visitors.
- Provision new contract security personnel as outlined in policy an procedures.
- Ensure contract security personnel have completed background checks and pre-deployment training before gaining access to the site, oversee the required on-the-job (OJT) training program, and continuing training of the security staff.
- Serve as a member of the local site Emergency Response Team (ERT) and coordinate / participate in weekly/monthly drills in addition to the Monthly Operational Exercise.
- Ensure key control is in compliance with set policies and procedures.
- Audit physical security systems to ensure functionality and resolve any issues that may compromise the security of the site in a timely manner.
- Conduct post inspections to ensure officers are following assigned Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures.

คุณสมบัติเฉพาะตำแหน่งงาน
- ปริญญาตรี หรือเทียบเท่าขึ้นไป ทางด้านวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ (Computer Science) หรือ ด้านระบบสารสนเทศ (Information Systems) หรือ ด้านวิศวกรรมศาสตร์คอมพิวเตอร์ (Computer Engineering) หรือ สาขาวิชาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง หรือมีประสบการณ์ทำงานที่เทียบเท่า
- ความสามารถด้านภาษาอังกฤษ คะแนน TOEIC ตั้งแต่ 625 คะแนนขึ้นไป โดยผลการสอบภาษาอังกฤษจะต้องมีอายุไม่เกิน 2 ปี ณ วันที่ยื่นใบสมัคร
ประสบการณ์ทำงาน
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศหรือ ด้านการตรวจสอบ หรือ การบริหารความเสี่ยงด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือ ความมั่นคงปลอดภัย IT ไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี
ทักษะที่จำเป็นสำหรับตำแหน่งงาน
- มีความสามารถในการคิดวิเคราะห์แยกแยะประเด็นและพิจารณาความสัมพันธ์ เพื่อกำหนดแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาได้อย่างเป็นระบบ (Analytical Thinking Problem Solving) และวิเคราะห์ผลกระทบของความเสี่ยงด้าน IT และการปฏิบัติงานทางธุรกิจของ ธปท.
- มีความสามารถในการสื่อสารและประสานความร่วมมือกับ Stakeholders ที่เกี่ยวข้อง (Collaboration) และสามารถเรียนรู้ได้อย่างรวดเร็ว (Fast Learner)
- มีความสามารถในการบริหารจัดการงานโครงการ สามารถทำงานแบบ Multi-tasking ได้ดีรวมทั้งสามารถวางแผนและผลักดันงานให้สำเร็จได้ด้วยตนเอง

Job Description
Designing, implementing, and maintaining identity and access management (IAM) infrastructure, ensuring the security and integrity of systems and data. Work closely with other IT teams, security teams, and business stakeholders to ensure IAM solutions meet organizational needs. Ensure that IAM solutions comply with company s policy, relevant regulations and industry standards.
Role & Responsibility.
Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions, including directory services, single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), privileged access management (PAM), and identity governance platforms.
Develop and enforce IAM policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Automate IAM processes using scripting and programming languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
Integrate IAM systems with various applications and platforms, both on-premises and in the cloud.
Troubleshoot IAM-related issues, providing support to end-users and other IT teams.
Monitor IAM systems for performance, availability, and security issues, proactively identifying and resolving problems.
Participate in security audits and compliance assessments, providing information and evidence related to IAM controls.
Research and evaluate new IAM technologies and trends, recommending and implementing improvements to our IAM infrastructure.
Collaborate with other IT teams, security teams, and business stakeholders to ensure IAM solutions meet organizational needs.
Qualifications.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
3 to 5+ years of experience in IAM related, with a proven track record of designing, implementing, and managing complex IAM solutions.
Deep understanding of IAM concepts, including authentication, authorization, access control, identity lifecycle management, and privileged access management.
Strong experience with directory services (e.g., Active Directory, Azure EntraID, LDAP), SSO, MFA, PAM, and identity governance tools.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud IAM solutions.
Knowledge of security protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
An ability to work under pressure.
Good command of English.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+) and such certifications related will be advantage.
