Main Responsibilities
- The position will manage and supervise accounting and reporting of WPP Media (Thailand)
- Responsible for GL and TB activities of the company
- Ensure that all revenue, expenses, assets and liabilities are properly recorded and reflected in the general ledger
- Review all PL accounts and compare with forecast for any significant accrual.

- Prepare any other monthly, quarterly & Yearly report.
- Review and verify intercompany transaction including communicate & confirm with other party of the balance. Also retrieve intercompany transaction to ICS system on a monthly basis.
- Co-operate with agency MD & FD on financial monthly information with address the key information the need to resolve.
- Prepare and manage special report to local management, Local FS , Billing & Income by type & client, AR Aging with analyze the outstanding over 90 days, Unbilled Media & Accrued revenue for all outstanding.
- Co-review and monitor monthly closing with accounting team to make proper accurate account and also help reporting team to understand agency business and transaction.
- Prepare and co-ordinate with internal & external audit.
- Supervise reporting and accounting team to help and solve any issue including training for their performance improving.
- Supporting for all management requirements.
- Other ad-hoc special projects.

- Degree in Accounting or a related field
- At least 4 years of in similar position
- Strong data management skills
- Experience with Power BI and data dashboards will be an advantage.

Job Summary:
The
Thai Financial Accounting
report to HQ finance and assist to manage & overseeing full spectrum of financial and accounting functions for the Company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial insights to support business decisions. Key Responsibilities:
- Accounting & Financial planning:
- Oversee the full set of accounts of the Company and preparation of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of the month-end and year-end closing processes. Ensure that the closing process are strictly adhered to the month-end closing calendar and checklist
- Daily General Ledgers posting and preparation of monthly management reports
- Reconciliation & reviewing warehouse inventory report versus General Ledgers.
- Perform a comprehensive analysis on the financials and profitability and offer insights into the variances.
- Maintain and improve financial controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide update to HQ finance regularly to ensure the accounting records are properly kept and updated on timely basis, to provide support to HQ finance when necessary.
- Annual budget formulation and conduct financial analysis.
- Tax:
- Responsible for all tax returns preparation and submission including but not limited to VAT (PP30, PP36), withholding tax (PND1, PND3, PND53) and corporate income tax (PND50 & PND51).
- Ensure tax treatments are correctly applied to all transactions for VAT and withholding tax.
- Withholding tax certification preparation.
- Perform monthly reconciliation between tax returns and General Ledgers.
- Closely monitor tax payment records to ensure timely tax payments before due date.
- Cash Management:
- Oversee cash flow management to ensure adequate liquidity for business operations.
- Manage banking relationships and optimize the use of credit facilities.
- Prepare monthly cashflow forecast, cashflow analysis and monitor Company's cashflow position.
- Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure timely submission on all relevant tax returns to Revenue Department before deadline of submission.
- Ensure timely submission of financial statements to DBD before deadline of submission
- Ensure meticulous organization and documentation of accounting records to comply with accounting and tax regulations. Ensure the proper storage of all physical accounting documents.
- Assist in implementation and improvement of accounting and internal control procedures and processes.
- Liaise with external parties including auditors, government agencies, consultants, bankers and ensure in compliance with all financial statutory and filing requirements.
Qualifications:
- Thai Citizen
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in finance or accounting roles
- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP), and regulatory requirements is a must.
- Strong expertise and proficiency in adhering to local tax regulations is essential.

We're looking for a detail-oriented Financial Accounting Specialist to join our Finance & Compliance team. You'll manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure timely statutory compliance for our clients, keeping financials accurate and founders focused on growth.
What You'll Do
- Handle day-to-day back-office accounting using cloud-based software.
- Prepare monthly roll-forwards of accounts and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Arrange tax and statutory payments for companies and individuals, ensuring deadlines are met.
- File all applicable tax returns (VAT, WHT, corporate tax, employment tax, NSSF, WCF, City Service Levy, etc.).
- Prepare and finalize annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow, reconciliations, ageing schedules, depreciation).
- Coordinate audits and submit finalized accounts to relevant authorities.
- Respond to notices and queries from tax/government authorities in coordination with WOWS Head Office.
- Provide guidance on tax compliance and keep WOWS updated on regulatory changes impacting business operations.
- File statutory documents with the Registrar of Companies (director/secretary changes, branch particulars, license renewals).
- Support reporting and documentation for audits, due diligence, repatriation of funds, or branch closure when required.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's or CPA/CA qualification a plus).
- 1–4 years of experience in accounting, audit, or compliance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency with cloud-based accounting tools (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Xero, Zoho Books).
- Fluent, professional-level English (spoken and written).
- Based in Thailand with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
