Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in field of engineering or business
- 3 - 15 years Supply Chain experience of working within Procurement preferably within the Oil & Gas Petrochemical plant
- Broad knowledge of Suppliers, commercial Evaluations, Negotiations and Terms and Conditions of Purchase/Contract.
- Record of skills training appropriate for job specific role.
- Excellent communication skills, written, oral and presentation
