Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in month-end and year-end close activities, from balance sheet and cash account reconciliations to financial statement preparation – reviewing all reconciliations and ensuring they are followed-up.

We are seeking an experienced
Program management
to lead and coordinate the execution of a multi-phase
Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) technology enablement program
for a leading bank in Thailand. This role requires strong project delivery expertise, familiarity with banking operations, and hands-on experience with enterprise GRC platforms such as
Archer, ServiceNow IRM, SAP GRC, or MetricStream
.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end planning and execution of the GRC technology program across risk, compliance, and technology workstreams
• Manage day-to-day project operations including planning, milestone tracking, issue resolution, and stakeholder reporting
• Collaborate closely with business units such as Compliance, Operational Risk, Internal Audit, and IT to gather requirements and align implementation plans
• Oversee vendor coordination, system design validation, configuration testing, and integration with bank systems
• Monitor key delivery milestones including Functional Specification Design (FSD), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and go-live preparation

• Experience in project or program management, including at least 3 years in the banking or financial services sector
• Hands-on experience in managing implementation of GRC platforms (e.g., ServiceNow IRM, Archer, SAP GRC, MetricStream)

• Managing the full spectrum of the recruitment process from end to end and negotiating the offer process between client and candidates
• Managing internal candidates & clients database to match the right person to a job vacancy.
• Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews & language tests, and creating a shortlist of candidates for presentation to each client.
• Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client.
• Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job in question.
• Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants.
• Organizing interviews for candidates as requested by the client.
• Informing candidates about the results of their interviews.
• Act as a professional role model to Junior Recruitment consultants, support, and mentor when required.
• Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed, a value to be billed to clients, or business leads generated.
• Participate in company activities and the assigned ad-hoc tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree above in any related fields.
• At least 4-5 years of experience in recruitment, BD, and sales experience.
• Experience from recruitment agencies will be the first priority consideration.
• A proven track record in the Recruitment Industry in the eastern area market.
• Background from logistics and supply chains would be an advantage.
• Ability to face to face interviews with Middle to High Management levels.
• Strong in computer literacy (MS Office and E-mail).
• Good command of English possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive thinking, can-do attitude, self-driven, result-oriented, and good team player.
