As an entry level Application Consultant at IBM, you will help us usher clients into a new age of future-looking technology. You'll be assisting clients in the selection, implementation, and support of applications, methodology, and tools. **Required technical and professional expertise**

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise Have flexibility to work across architecture - building both front end and backend.
Proficient in one of the programming languages like Java, Ruby, Python, Javascript, HTML, CSS.
Have knowledge of modern frameworks such as Angular or React.js.
Familiar with Java/JEE best practices around design patterns, performance tuning, automated tests and unit tests.
Exposure in writing RESTful APIs using Microservices architecture and Spring Boot framework.
Familiar with twelve-factor cloud design principles.
Experience in following a structure methodology.

A Consultant/ developer Cloud Engineer will assist in the execution of a project by working with a senior level resource on assigned development/deployment activities.
This can be designing, building, and maintaining cloud environments focusing on uptime, access, control, and network security using automation and configuration management tools.
