5. Stakeholder Leadership
- Work closely with Business, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to align and execute initiatives.
- Present insights, strategy, and results to senior leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Build repeatable frameworks and playbooks for cross-use case adoption that can scale across the organization.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in business strategy, consulting, analytics, or growth/operations roles in technology, fintech, or consumer platforms.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, or a related scientific field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in food analysis or in any industry offering analytical systems or technical solutions for the food and beverage sector.
- Native level Thai speaker.
- Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong knowledge of the Thai F&B industry and B2C & B2B sales processes. Ideally, fish processor for both tuna and shrimp aquaculture, as well as fruit & juice industry.
- Driving license.
- Availability to travel in the country (regularly) and abroad (from time to time).

Responsible for driving sales, developing markets and creating business opportunities in 7 main countries in SEA and East Asia:
Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore and Taiwan
Distributor management, opening new markets and technical project sales support
Responsibilities:
Market Expansion Strategy:
Plan commercial strategies for each country in the 7 target countries
- Analyze market potential, customer behavior, opportunities and risks in each country
- Plan new market entry strategies (Market Entry Strategy) both through agents (Dealer) and directly (Direct Project)
2. Channel Partner Management:
- Manage and develop relationships with main distributors (Authorized Distributors)
- Set sales targets for each country/agent, follow up on results and report monthly
- Select new agents in countries that do not yet have Or have high growth potential
3. Develop corporate and project customers (Key Accounts & Project Sales):
- Penetrate the project market such as commercial buildings, industrial plants, M&E projects, Data Center, etc.
- Work with the Engineering Team to create a Techno-Commercial Proposal
- Build relationships with influential people in the project such as MEP Consultant, Developer, EPC Contractor
4. Technical & Sales Support:
- Provide technical information on industrial fan products, standards (BS EN , AMCA, ISO)
- Organize training (Product Training) for sales teams of agents and customers in each country
- Provide advice and co-develop ventilation solutions that are appropriate for each project
5. Marketing & Trade Shows:
- Plan and participate in trade shows in target countries such as BuildTech Asia, HVAC Vietnam
- Coordinate with the marketing team to design promotional media that is appropriate for the local area (Localized Collateral)
- Organize roadshows or Technical Seminar activities in target countries
6. Data Management and Reports (CRM & Performance Reporting):
- Continuously update customer and sales opportunity data in CRM system
- Analyze sales, growth rate, and activities to summarize Monthly/Quarterly Report
- Use analysis data to decide to adjust sales strategies in real time

- Category Details
- Total Sales Total sales per year in 7 countries

Skills & Qualifications.

- Have taken care of at least 3 SEA countries from: VN, ID, PH, MY, SG, TW, TH
