Leadership skills in handling receiving failure reports, fault resolution, and improvement management. Familiarity with the operational management of third-party logistics. Relevant experience in improving domestic parts logistics and cost management.

Job Responsibilities:

Formulate and implement regional s

1. Demand planning management
   : Establish a regional demand planning management system, driven by merchant PSI management and supported by PSI management of each SBU. Coordinate through regional planning management, establish supply chain management processes, rules and standards, and supervise their implementation.
2. Inventory management:
   Promote the establishment of standards for free inventory and merchant management within the region, supervise their implementation, and promote the digestion and clearance of finished product and raw material inventories.
3. Ocean shipping route planning and resource management:
   Be responsible for the planning and optimization of ocean shipping routes for finished product exports in the ASEAN region and global raw material procurement, coordinate ocean shipping resources, maintain relationships with logistics partners, and ensure transportation efficiency and freight competitiveness.
4. Coordination and management of regional
   factory plans
   : Coordinate the production and material plans of factories in the region, balance production capacity and demand, improve production efficiency, and ensure order delivery and efficient use of resources.
5. Logistics management:
   Analyze the pain points in the logistics sector, conduct research on innovative logistics models, conduct regular verification, and continuously carry out lean logistics improvements.

Job Requirements (Education, Work Experience, Foreign Language, etc.):

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above.
2. Language: Fluent in English, CET-4 or above.
3. Work experience: More than 5 years of work experience in supply chain management and marketing management.

This role will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, production planning, transportation, and distribution within Thailand and other region. The ideal candidate will bring in-depth knowledge of logistics strategies, supplier management, and industry-specific compliance to support efficient and cost-effective operations.

Key Responsibilities:

•Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement – creating POs/PRs for intercompany in SAP, logistics, inventory control, demand forecasting, and warehousing.

•Collaborate closely with manufacturing and sales teams to ensure timely delivery and availability of raw materials, components, and finished products.

•Monitor and improve logistics performance indicators such as lead times, delivery accuracy, and freight costs.
