Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:

  • Manages engineering projects for development and production.
  • Responsibilities include providing project definition and metrics, resource allocation, budget development and management, schedule management, task prioritization, contingency planning, project and program review.

  • Works with Corporate and other Technical Managers to develop and maintain a process for determining which projects to staff based on customer demands and industry trends.
  • Manages equipment selection, chemical computability, Design For Manufacture, process transfers, and qualification and reliability methodologies.

Job Description

  • Control, plan, implement, and monitor projects to ensure the successful completion of IT-related initiatives within the defined scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Oversee and manage project proposals, including drafting Terms of Reference (TOR), budgeting, and project development plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Supervise, manage, and verify project documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and up-to-date information, while properly organizing and storing files.
  • Closely monitor project progress to ensure smooth and timely delivery, managing stakeholders to maintain project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with vendors and team members to continuously update and improve project progress.
  • Make decisions and resolve any arising issues, reporting to supervisors as necessary.
  • Operate in accordance with the organization's IT security policies.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members appropriately, considering the project requirements.
  • Summarize project outcomes and status updates for submission to supervisors as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
