We are looking for a results-driven Quality Assurance Engineer to be responsible for designing and running tests on software usability. The Quality Assurance Engineer will conduct tests, analyze the results, and report observations to the design team. You may also interact with clients in order to understand the requirements of the product.

To be successful as a Quality Assurance Engineer you should have a working knowledge of software and test design, the capability to run through tests, and the ability to analyze the results. Ultimately, the Quality Assurance Engineer should be result-driven, have good communication skills, and up-to-date knowledge of software programming and software test design.

Responsibilities

• Meet with system users to understand the scope of projects
• Work with software developers and project support teams
• Review software requirements and prepare test scenarios
• Execute tests on software usability manual and automated tests
• Test in different environments including web and mobile
• Analyze test results on database impacts, errors or bugs, and usability

Requirements

Primarily conduct pret-release and post-implementation testing.

Work with business teams and assist to develop and execute test cases based on business requirements.

Report bugs and errors to development teams promptly for investigation and ensure close monitoring of defect resolution and retest.

Provide prompt updates on testing progress and clear escalation of potential risks to UAT Project Lead.

Provide comprehensive documentation of test cases, test results and defect management for the required sign offs.

Identify and propose ways to constantly improve UAT efficiency.

Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or related field.

Minimum 1 year of working experience in end-user testing or mobile app testing.

Previous work experience in e-commerce, Fintech, logistics, backend system, or social media industry would be an advantage.

Highly goal driven and able to work well in fast paced environments.

Strong team player and possess good communication skills.

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Tester to join our agile Scrum team and ensure the quality of our health insurance selfcare portals and web funnels. You will work closely with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to design, execute, and automate test scenarios that guarantee a seamless and reliable user experience.

In close collaboration with the Product Owner for Distribution funnels based in Bangkok, you will ensure that the features developed by international development team (with members based in France, Singapore, Thailand and the Phillipines) are delivered according to business requirements and defined acceptance criteria. Additionally, you will join and contribute to our QA community, defining and developing further testing methodology and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and user stories to define clear test cases and acceptance criteria.

• Design, execute, and document manual and automated tests for web applications.

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.

• Validate API responses and front-end behavior across browsers and devices.

What We're Looking For

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience as a QA Tester or similar roles in web application testing, ideally in fast-paced environments.

• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology as well as good understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.

• Hands-on experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Xray, Zephyr or SquashTest).

• Basic understanding of automation frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Selenium, Playwright) is a plus.

Education:

• Academic degree in IT Management, IT Systems, Business or similar field

Language:
