What You'll Do

As a Sales Representative, you'll be the front line of growth for TLE. Core Responsibilities

  • Call Handling & Inquiry Response Answer calls and respond to leads via LINE OA, Facebook, Instagram, email, or phone promptly and persuasively.
  • Follow-Up & Relationship Building Maintain active contact with prospects; follow up on warm leads until conversion.
  • Collaboration with Staff Work with teachers and admin staff to ensure students are smoothly onboarded and satisfied after enrollment.
  • Basic Administrative Support Maintain records of inquiries, update lead status in CRM or Google Sheets, and assist with reception/admin tasks as needed.
