to join our team. This is an
individual contributor
role responsible for managing the full spectrum of finance and general administrative tasks for the Thailand Branch Office. The incumbent will ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and smooth execution of daily finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process daily financial transactions, billings, and payments in accordance with SOPs and accounting standards.
- Record and maintain accounting entries in the SAP Accounting System in a timely and accurate manner.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Liaise with external auditors during annual audits and ensure audit requirements are met.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, analyses, and cash flow forecasts.
- Ensure timely submission and payment of statutory reports including VAT, CIT, WHT, and Annual Returns.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process.
- Review and process staff sales claims, travel advances, and expense reimbursements in line with SOPs.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions efficiently.
- Prepare monthly payment summaries and other relevant financial reports.
- Oversee office stationery and supply purchases.
- Support general office administrative and finance operations.
- Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar accounting or finance role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
