Job Purpose

Conduct the training classes based on the training plan. Coordinate and support Agency Training/ Partners and Non-Life Training/ SCB Protect Training. Develop and monitor report and training measurement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Training program;

2. Conduct the classes to follow the training's guideline for products and sales training (training program related to OIC license, Core business, Intermediate and advance level training)

3. Able to conduct management and leadership program for responsible sales channels/partners.
4. Provide the training program from product and design team and/or external organization that related to trainer competency improvement.
5. Communicate to the target audience based on facts/ information / Product knowledge by using the various of training techniques.

6. Explain facts / information / product knowledge / selling skills to the target audience in order to develop the capability to be ready for life insurance marketing

7. Manage Training special projects for responsible sales channels/partners

8. Manage Training by sales channels/partners' request.

9. Deliver training measurement through report.

What you will do?

• Design and deliver training sessions for BA teams to enhance productivity
• Support onboarding and evaluate performance of new hires
• Develop training materials, manuals, and certification processes
• Conduct on-the-job training and ensure compliance with company policies
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to create purposeful training methods
• Stay updated on training trends and apply best practices
• Manage training resources, tools, and reports effectively
• Travel to provinces for training sessions and branch inspections

What you will need?

• Bachelor's degree in any related field
• At least 3–5 years of experience in training, preferably in FMCG or Go-to-Market field
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills, able to handle full-day training sessions
• Good computer skills and ability to design training materials
• Interpersonal skills with the ability to engage teams and adapt soft skills as needed
• Willingness to travel frequently and independently

Job Description:

• Conduct training classes: Conduct training classes for all channels as assigned by Training Manager and Head Zone
• Training evaluation and follow up: Summarize and evaluate trainings with Training Manager and Head Zone after each training class in order to inform about numbers of trainee and results of working after trained within timeline

• Development

• Knowledge and skill development for more specialize in training of each module / each program of each channel with mentoring system and also feedbacks are needed

• Analyze training knowledge and skill with Training Manager and Head Zone regularly every 2-3 weeks
• General management: Manage budgets with Training Manager and Head Zone to be as planed and correctly follow company's rules

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in any fields
• At least 1 year of experience in trainers in insurance business (Sales, Team management)
• Knowledge and skill specialize in training and development
• Coordination & Analytical Thinking
• Good presentation and communication skill

• Design and implement comprehensive product training modules covering technical specifications, features, and competitor comparisons.
• Develop a variety of training materials, including presentations, user manuals, and video tutorials.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and other subject matter experts to identify training needs and ensure all content is accurate and up-to-date.
• Deliver impactful and engaging training sessions to both the internal sales team and external customers.
• Serve as a key product expert, providing ongoing support, guidance, and troubleshooting for the sales team to address product-related queries.
• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives by gathering feedback from participants and measuring knowledge retention.
• Analyze results and provide recommendations for the continuous improvement of all training programs

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a product training or learning & development role.
• Experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is strongly preferred.

• A strong understanding of product development, marketing, and sales processes.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to explain complex technical information in a clear and engaging manner.

• Resourceful, adaptable, and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and as a collaborative part of a team.
• A passion for continuous learning and a commitment to staying current with industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the end-to-end training function across the organization.
• Identify training needs by partnering with cross-functional teams and developing actionable learning plans.
• Design and deliver engaging classroom and on-the-job training sessions for retail staff and office employees.
• Act as the subject matter expert in customer service excellence and retail sales best practices.
• Conduct weekly store visits to audit performance, assess staff skills, and provide feedback in collaboration with Operations.
• Mentor and motivate retail teams on the ground to achieve sales goals and align with company objectives.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide continuous improvement recommendations.
• Maintain training records, reports, and resource libraries.
• Handle training-related administrative duties and ensure timely reporting on weekly/monthly training activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in training, preferably within the retail business
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Energetic, positive, and results-driven mindset
• Passion for customer service and talent development
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Good command of English (reading and writing)

คุณสมบัติ :
