- Strong analytical skills with ability to manage KPIs such as SLA performance, DIOH, and distribution costs.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to drive process improvements, ensure compliance (regulatory/quality/financial), and improve operational efficiency.
- 5 years of supply chain operations experience, with at least 3–5 years in order fulfillment, inventory, or logistics leadership roles.
- Proven track record in end-to-end supply chain management.
- Strong background in cost control and budget management.
- Hands-on experience working with 4PL providers and external logistics partners.
- Knowledge of compliance, quality, and regulatory standards in supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:
Order Book Management
- Maintain and execute the order book according to the customer's expectations, ensuring the timely delivery of campaigns and launches.
