Jobholder's responsibilities:

This position holder will be responsible in preparing, verifying all shipping documents and contacting to shipping brokers, forwarder agencies and related internal/external divisions in order to clear goods from Customs Department with most effective delivery time and efficient cost.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or related fields.
• Min 3 years' direct experience in import/shipping business or customs formalities.
• Able to work well both independently and a good team player.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong expertise in order fulfillment, inventory planning & management, and 4PL/warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in demand & supply planning (SIOP) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
• Strong analytical skills with ability to manage KPIs such as SLA performance, DIOH, and distribution costs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to drive process improvements, ensure compliance (regulatory/quality/financial), and improve operational efficiency.
• 5 years of supply chain operations experience, with at least 3–5 years in order fulfillment, inventory, or logistics leadership roles.
• Proven track record in end-to-end supply chain management.
• Strong background in cost control and budget management.
• Hands-on experience working with 4PL providers and external logistics partners.
• Knowledge of compliance, quality, and regulatory standards in supply chain.

Good to Have

• Industry background in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare.
• Experience in regional or global supply chain environments.

Order Fulfillment Junior Manager
to join our growing team in Bangkok. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a foundational understanding of logistics and supply chain operations, eager to develop their career in a dynamic environment. Tasks

• Invoicing & Documentation:
  Oversee the accurate and timely generation of invoices and all necessary documentation for outgoing orders.

• Logistics & Route Planning:
  Plan and optimize delivery routes for our drivers, considering efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer delivery schedules.

• Warehouse Operations Liaison:

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

The Order Fulfilment team's mission is to ensure the transparency and reliability of the order book, to optimize stock availability, to ensure effective allocation within agreed timelines and parameters, and to manage planning from a logistics perspective so that the order book is delivered in full and on-time.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Book Management

• Maintain and execute the order book according to the customer's expectations, ensuring the timely delivery of campaigns and launches.
• Oversee stock availability and order fulfillment for daily business operations, including allocation, phasing and redating.
• Monitor order book accuracy and cleansing as required, coordinating closely with the sales operations team.

Availability (COTA/COTIF)

Delivery Note (DN) Management

Inventory Management

• Manage DC inbound capacity with the Inbound team, aligning priorities across functions.
• Oversee inventory activities such as virtual stock transfers and physical inventory movements in SAP.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock aging, and conduct inventory analysis, providing projections for stock levels versus warehouse capacity.
• Present inventory status reports for the monthly EM performance review.
• Optimize demand-supply dynamics and financial-inventory targets, ensuring efficiency and profitability.

• Monitor the customs clearance process to ensure it meets KPI targets.
• Review and update new rules and regulations from relevant government bodies and provide training to subordinates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in import-export customs clearance or a related field.
• Background and knowledge in customs clearance is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of management experience.
