Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, supervise, and oversee customs clearance processes for import and export to ensure compliance with customs laws and regulations.
  • Verify the accuracy of customs documents such as Import/Export Declaration, Invoice, Packing List, B/L, COO, etc., before submission to customs officers.
  • Provide consultation and resolve issues related to customs documentation and clearance procedures for both internal teams and clients.
  • Coordinate with relevant government authorities such as the Customs Department, Department of Foreign Trade, and other inspection agencies.

  • Certified Customs Specialist and holder of a Customs Specialist License.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Shipping/Customs Clearance within the Freight Forwarding industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
  • In-depth knowledge of customs laws, HS Code classification, FTA utilization, and all types of import/export procedures.
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written.

Prime Function:

Management of all personnel assigned to Shipping Department.

BOI

  1. Prepare to BOI applicate for new investment

  4. Controlling all master list (MML) of machines and material by weekly to align with BOI
  5. Investigate on machines and productivity result & BOI capacity proposal
  6. Monitoring to inbound-outbound entry to be aline with BOI privileges and report to BOI
  7. Monitoring / approve on materials, machines, spare part and scrap onmaterials / machines for reporting to BOI and customs department
  8. Monitor / approve on BOI application (material / machines and other ) on Shipping system.
  9. Investigate and cooperation with BOI office team for highest privillage
  10. Set up team / working process / worksheet template and system to integration for internal system and BOI system
  11. Review result and performance on BOI activities by weekly / monthly

Inbound - Outbound

  1. RFQ for inbound-outbound on transportation on yearly
  2. Freight price negotiate on inbound-outbound for cost deduction.
  3. Sourcing price / freight forwarding for new origin & destination for inbound-outbound
  4. Review freight price by montly or any equirement
  5. Update freight price and option to shipping system by monthly or any times change
  6. Monitoring inbound-outbond shipments by daily and total transporation cost & budget
  7. Investingate ans solve issue concern to Customs, BOI and other regularions of Thailand Authority
  8. Coordinate / discussion to Thailand Authority for company relations.
  9. Set up team / working process / collaboration with freight forwarding for system integration vie EDI ,API or any template avaliable.

License and FTAs

  1. Licnese to TISI, DIW , NBTC , Excise Tax and other.  FTAs is for procosting to Asian countries , GSP , REX System
  2. Coordinate / discussion to Thailand Authority for rules and regulations for all kinds of inbound-outbound.
  3. Set up team / working process / worksheet template and system to integration for internal system and Thailand Authority system
  4. Investigate and problem solving with internal and external (Thailand Authority)
  5. Review result and performance on privilege by daily / monthly

Shipping System and supporting system

  1. Shipping system support to for inbound – outbound daily activities, BOI, Excise tax for retail price, FTAs Costing.  Supporting system for TISI import license, OCR invoice for inbound activities, Customs Entry formalities and other dashboard.
  2. Discussion with softewarehouse for function structure and desing template functions for Shipping system and supporting system
  3. Prepare budget for new function and maintainance cost
  4. Set up schedule for function Test / implementation and final result
  5. Daily monitoring all functions on Shipping System and support system.  Any error from system coding to be inform to softeware house
  6. Daily monitoring all kinds of report (inboun / outbound / BOI / Import license / system coding)
  7. Collaboration with freight forwarding / Shipping company for integration via EDI, API or any kind of tool for automation process
  8. Upgrade Shipping System and Support System by yearly for automation process
  9. Support all kind to concern coding / data for system

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

  • ประสบการณ์ 3–5 ปีขึ้นไป ในสายงาน Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Cross-border E-commerce หรือธุรกิจขนส่ง
  • มีความรู้และประสบการณ์จริงเกี่ยวกับ การบริหารโครงการ (Project Management)
  • มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรองและบริหารพาร์ตเนอร์ทั้งในและต่างประเทศ
  • สามารถบริหารทีมงานข้ามแผนก (BD, CS, Operation) ได้
  • มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางธุรกิจ (Business Analysis, P&L, Cost Control)
  • ใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (ถ้ามีภาษาจีนจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
  • มีความเข้าใจตลาด E-commerce / Cross-border Online Seller
  • Mindset แบบสตาร์ทอัพ: ลุยงานได้เอง, ปรับตัวไว, มองหาโอกาสใหม่เสมอ
  • เคยทำงานในบริษัทขนส่งระหว่างประเทศ / Freight Forwarder มาก่อน
  • ใช้เครื่องมือ Project Management (เช่น Jira, Trello, Asana, Excel Advance) ได้คล่อง
