**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 10 years of sales experience in the technology industry with SaaS, PaaS or IaaS products and platforms.
+ Experience engaging with accounts, selling a portfolio of products at C-level.
+ Experience in selling Cloud Solutions to the Financial Services or Banking Industry.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ Experience promoting Google Cloud computing technologies to organizations across geographies.
+ Experience with legal agreements working with procurement, legal, and business teams.
+ Ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries, build relationships, and import and export ideas to achieve organizational goals.
+ Ability to present insights and translate technical concepts into simple terms to present to multiple, technical, and non-technical audiences.
+ Ability to influence decisions at the executive level.

**Responsibilities:**
+ Build relationships with enterprise customers, influence growth direction, and serve as a business partner.

+ Understand the technology footprint, growth plans, business drivers, and technology strategy of assigned accounts.

+ Drive business development, forecast, and achieve goals by leading customers through the entire business cycle.

- Job Scope- The position role is a key position for responsible to improve the “Quality in CB Unhealthy Credit Portfolio” focus in assigned portfolio, based on geographic and segmented as per strategic focus.
- It will play an important role in maximizing CB Customer Experience and balancing the Bank’s benefit through emphasize client centric “solution in Advisory Banking” and support debt restructuring to got maximum recover and minimize risk cost in PIL through the customer journey.
- To manage the unhealthy portfolio, the strategic or initiatives deployments and develop the action plan is the key of succession in this position, Also regularly review, performance track, analyze business impact and alignment of actions with other value chain is the main roles of this position.
Key deliverable from this position- To deploy the strategic direction of the bank in to initiatives and action for implementation
- To develop and improve related policies, working guidelines, manual, workflows, tools for monitor CB unhealthily portfolio to mitigate risk and control risk cost for CB Current Portfolio.
- Supervise and control initiatives and key action plans call, visit, blind spot checks to ensure clear understanding of the customer status and customer situation as well as assigned appropriate actions to improve customer quality, manage PIL flow, maintain customer payment to stay or upgrade classification, include making maximum recovery to lower PIL portfolio.
- Approve the debt restructuring proposal as per mandate DOA and proposed a proper Debt Restructuring proposal to
- Drive feedback loop to Business Unit based on finding from monitoring process as well as recommend for improvement.
- Align new change as per bank direction to be in practice
- Follow up on Business Unit to complete actions as per approval.
- Proactively work together with related parties in value chain (CRI, Business Unit) to enhance monitoring tools, strategies and processes to ensure effectiveness and efficiency in monitoring.
