a. Lead BIM implementation on the Project including but not limited to the following:

i. Provide general support and guidance on Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) workflow and processes for internal and external stakeholders

ii. End to end project management for the Project Model Management and the project's Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) management

iii. Coordinate Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)/BIM360 work space setup with ACC/BIM360 support team; provide access to owner team, Architect/Engineer (AE) admin and General Contractor (GC) admin to ACC/BIM360; act as owner ACC/BIM360 project admin for assigned project(s)

Contractor team's BIM execution, oversee model transition from AE to GC and provide general guidance and support on BIM related queries on the project requirements as they arise

v. Review and approve project AE BIM Execution Plan, review and approve GC project BIM Execution Plan, and work with the AE/GC teams to capture BEP additions/ modifications as necessary according to Owner's VDC BIM requirements

vi. Act as owner BIM stakeholder to attend meetings including but not limited to project kick-off, page turns, Architecture, Engineering & Construction Vendors/Consultants (AEC) onboarding sessions, coordination meetings, BIM issue resolutions

vii. Review and perform QC on the BIM model at project milestones. Monitor GC ongoing construction clash coordination and communicate review comments at meetings

viii. Participate in BIM coordination meetings between AE and GC to coordinate model updates - coordinate redline incorporation, record meeting minutes and assign Point of Contact (POC) for action items

ix. Communicate global VDC/BIM program updates with local projects and AEC teams

x. Quantity Take Off (QTO) Delivery; Assist Owner team with the development of a coordination program to include critical QTO delivery and incorporate milestones in a streamlined manner to remove program blockers

xi. Assist Owner team with the development of a coordination program to include critical QTO delivery and incorporate milestones in a streamlined manner to remove program blockers

xii. Communicate with all stakeholders to provide guidance on their expected deliverables so they can plan in advance

xiii. Assist with 4D (schedule integration) model requirements;

xv. Assist Owner team with General Contractor (GC) team's implementation of site reality capture requirements (e.g. Drone Deploy, site Lidar scanning) during construction

xvi. Participate in VDC/BIM purpose site walks and inspections as required

xvii. Coordinate with Data Center Operations (DCOps) Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) team to review and finalize product CMMS asset template in the model and asset list extraction

xviii. Monitor record model progress by the GC and GC's redline process on the BIM model

xix. Facilitate project closeout in the review and approval of AE/GC record BIM model and drawings, Shop Drawings, and Cluster Fit-out Drawings on compliance with Owner's requirements

xx. Collaborate with the Owner's Computer Aided Design (CAD)/BIM Managed Service team if applicable and manage IFC and construction handover process with GC team

xxi. Review model changes and updates from the GC for compliance with Client VDC BIM standards, and issue rejections with comments for correction by the GC as needed

xxii. Identify areas of needs for better or additional VDC/BIM standards & processes

xxiii. Perform review of as-built models post closeout and post internal DC

Operations review and provide ongoing support for all BIM related questions and needs related to the as maintained set.

xxiv. Responsible for CAD/BIM/PDF drawing Quality, Availability, and Version Control.

xxv. Participate in BIM business reviews with vendors as needed

i. Project BIM activity reports

ii. BIM Execution Plan review report

vii. Reports on BIM process improvements

Qualifications

A degree in a relevant Project, Construction or Design Management related discipline or related field and ten (10) years' experience related to new build Design, Construction, or Project Management with at least 5 years' in a lead BIM Management role. Data Centre experience a plus.

Proficiency in Thai and English

Key Responsibilities

• Lead BIM and VDC implementation across the project, providing guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end Project Model Management and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) setup and administration.

Contribute to the improvement and development of the project s overall technical risk management.

Lead and manage commissioning tests to ensure successful operation and readiness for project handover.

Test / Equipment.

Test specifications for new equipment and ensure testing procedures comply with industry-specific standards.

Conduct troubleshooting of equipment failure, including suggesting changes in working methods or operation sequences to improve efficiency.

Handle warranty/equipment maintenance.

Bachelor s or master s Degree in an Engineering or any related field.

A license for Professional Practice is required.

Experience in AutoCAD and Solar Simulation Program would be an advantage.

Minimum 3-4 years of experience.

Good technical understanding of renewable technology and excellent analytical skills.

Require extensive knowledge of equipment, designs, operation processes, and procedures.

Good English skills.
