• Production Filling Operator

Responsibilities :

Responsible for operating and maintaining filling machinery used to package plant-based products, such as plant-based milk, in a UHT plant. This role ensures that products are filled and packaged accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. The Filling Machine Operator will also perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and adhere to all production procedures.

• Production Processing Operator

Responsibilities :

Responsible for operating and maintaining the UHT (Ultra-High Temperature) processing equipment in a plant-based plant. This role involves ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of plant-based milk and other products, adhering to quality and safety standards, and performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.

• Production QC Operator

Responsibilities :

Responsible for performing quality checks and inspections of plant-based products throughout the UHT processing and packaging stages. This role ensures that products meet company and regulatory quality standards, identifies and addresses quality issues, and contributes to maintaining overall product safety and integrity. The QC Operator will work closely with production and quality teams to ensure adherence to quality control procedures and continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

-Vocational/M6/ equivalent; technical training or certification in food processing, engineering, or a related field is preferred.

-Proven experience (typically 1-3 years) in operating processing / operator filling / quality control role, ideally in a food or beverage manufacturing environment.

-Basic knowledge of UHT processing technology and plant-based product processing.

-Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

-Ability to operate and troubleshoot UHT processing equipment.

-Understanding of quality assurance practices and regulatory requirements in food packaging.

-Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

-Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Operator located in EECi, Rayong. The Production Operator will be responsible for operating machinery, monitoring production lines, and maintaining quality control standards. Daily tasks will include operating production equipment, conducting routine maintenance checks, ensuring product quality meets specifications, and collaborating with team members to achieve production goals.

· เฝ้าระวังเครื่องจักร ไม่ให้เกิดความผิดปกติ และรักษาความสะอาดในพื้นที่ทำงานอยู่เสมอ, ประสานงานกับแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้อง หากมีความผิดปกติเกิดขึ้น เพื่อให้ได้รับการแก้ไขได้ทันท่วงที

· จดบันทึกพารามิเตอร์ (parameter) ต่างๆ ของเครื่องจักรในบริเวณ Furnace

· งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้างาน

คุณสมบัติ

· จบการศึกษาระดับ ปวส. ในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

· หากมีประสบการณ์ในงานขึ้นรูปกระจก (Glass forming) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

· สามารถปฏิบัติงานในพื้นที่ที่มีอุณหภูมิสูง (Hot area) และ พื้นที่สูงได้ (Hight condition).

· สามารถเข้างานเป็นกะแบบหมุนเวียนได้

· มีความรู้พื้นฐานและสามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ได้ (Microsoft Office)

Therefor the jobholder has to ensure a production of PMS, Washcoat and Catalysts following production plan base on instruction.

Production:

• Working in shifts

• Operate machinery effectively and conduct quality checks

• Complete checklists and protocols

• Book and manage all work steps and processes in SAP beside the physical work flow.

• Follow and check the production schedule to ensure all materials are sufficient for production schedules and report to supervisor for any abnormal issue.

• Keep all the test equipment in good operation status

• Packing, lifts, loads and unloads products

• Ensure operation work follow internal system PRS, and ACOS

• Inform any abnormal condition to supervisor

Qualification:-

• Bachelor's  in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical or related field.
• 5 years up of work experience in Surfacre Mount Technology Process Engineer and NPI.
• Good English communication.
• Computer skill : Microsoft Office.

We are seeking a
Plant Director
to lead and scale the entire manufacturing function — with a strategic emphasis on new plant setup, production line expansion, and end-to-end capacity planning. This is a pivotal, high-impact role for a results-oriented leader with a proven track record in electronics manufacturing and complex plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the plant capacity strategy, including cleanroom layout, production line design, equipment selection, and tooling allocation.
• Lead CapEx and OpEx planning to support facility expansion, production scaling, and cost optimization.
• Drive space planning and capacity expansion initiatives in response to growing and dynamic customer demands.
• Oversee new production line setup and qualification, particularly in the context of new plant construction or greenfield projects.
• Ensure seamless operational integration through cross-functional collaboration with engineering, procurement, supply chain, and quality teams.
• Drive production efficiency and throughput while ensuring high quality standards and full regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering; Industrial Engineering background strongly preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, plant management, and industrial engineering within high-tech industries.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing production teams, equipment planning, tooling setup, and facility layout.
• Hands-on experience in setting up new production lines and managing full-scale new plant setup.
• Strong strategic mindset in plant capacity planning, especially involving cleanroom environments, equipment deployment, and scalable infrastructure.
• Proven background in Electronics, HDD (Hard Disk Drive), Suspension, EMS, or PCB manufacturing is highly desirable.
• Deep knowledge of lean manufacturing, capacity planning, continuous improvement, and cost optimization, including OpEx and CapEx control.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Thai, written and verbal.

Job Description:

Machine Operation & Setup

- Operate and set up SMT (Surface Mount Technology) machines according to production requirements.

- Load and verify production programs to ensure accuracy before starting operations.

- Install feeders, nozzles, and materials in line with the Bill of Materials (BOM).

Production Monitoring

- Monitor machine performance during production to ensure quality and efficiency.

- Conduct first article inspection and verify placement accuracy.

- Record production data and report abnormalities to supervisors or engineers.

- Troubleshooting & Problem Solving

- Identify and resolve minor machine issues (e.g., misalignment, pick-up errors, feeder jams).

- Coordinate with engineering or maintenance teams for complex technical problems.

Qualification:

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in SMT machine operation or electronics manufacturing.

- Knowledge of SMT machines (Fuji, Panasonic, Yamaha, Juki, or similar).
