What a Technical Account Analyst does at Visa:
CyberSource Technical Account Analyst is the technical liaison for CyberSource's Premier Enterprise clients. Responsibilities:
- Provide pre-sales technical support, including solution design, proposal preparation, and BOM/pricing support.
- Focus on private and public cloud solutions; familiar with mainstream cloud vendors and security products.
- Design and present smart low-voltage systems using CAD; in-depth understanding of subsystems.
- Select and recommend products based on vendor policies.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to tailor technical solutions for clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Telecommunication or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience with cloud infrastructure (private/public), networking, servers, storage, and cloud security.
- Hands-on experience in designing and delivering cloud or smart building projects.
- Proficient in CAD and low-voltage system design.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in both technical and business contexts.
- Open for short business trips within the country as and when required.
