Descriptif mission

The Sourcing Specialist is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and developing local and international suppliers for both new and existing products. His/her mission is to develop and manage the supply base related to a given scope of purchasing commodities. Main assignments include supplier's selection, commercial terms negotiation and cost reduction projects. The role involves close collaboration with engineering, quality, and program management teams to support product development, cost optimization, and supply chain efficiency.

• Lead sourcing and cost-saving initiatives for indirect procurement (e.g., logistics, IT services, corporate services).
• Build and manage relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate across countries to understand needs and develop supplier solutions.

• Conduct sourcing activities: supplier search, RFQs, price analysis, negotiations, contracts, and e-auctions.

Job Purpose:

This position executes end-to-end Sourcing & procurement operations in compliance with AIA Sourcing Strategy and Procurement guidelines, comply with Company's policies and procedures. Responsible spending category – Marketing, Event, MICE (overseas incentive trips).

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sourcing strategy for assigned spending category
• Managing end-to-end Sourcing project and procurement initiatives
• Review and approve Purchase Requisition (PR) of assigned spending
• Lead negotiations and contract development with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
