POSITION OVERVIEW
The Store Assistant at 965 is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the retail store, maintaining accurate inventory, and providing excellent service to guests. This role ensures the store runs smoothly, merchandise is well-presented, and strong partnerships with suppliers and collaborators are maintained.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Store Operations & Guest Experience
- Welcome and assist guests in exploring the retail collection, ensuring a positive and informative shopping experience.
- Maintain a tidy, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
Inventory & Merchandising
- Monitor stock levels, track inventory movement, and assist with regular stock counts.
- Support product display and merchandising to align with 965's concept and brand identity.
- Report low stock, damage, or discrepancies to the Manager.
Partnership & Product Support
- Build and maintain good relationships with brand partners, suppliers, and collaborators.
- Assist with product sourcing, order follow-ups, and delivery coordination.
- Support promotional activities and in-store events related to retail partnerships.
Administration & Compliance
- Maintain accurate sales and inventory records.
- Follow all company policies on cash handling, reporting, and store security.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and presentation standards.
