- Issue and Control spot sale order.
- To Report Price change and update new customer active - Inactive by monthly
- Control commercial process for Tooling management to ensure all tooling collection are match with customer’ s requirement detail.
- To update and tracking on tooling list data (qty, tool’s number, picture) both excel and customer’s system.
- Control TAI document to customer. Ensure all new FG part no. are submit in TAI. Control on from D,
- Free zone document to customer. Ensure all new FG part no. are submit in From D.
- Attend item master setup and involve in any issue concerning to price setting. Collect data actual freight cost each program for set reference standard to support new program quote.
- Support on e.g. invoicing the special invoice. (Ex. Tooling) advance payment.
- Credit/Debit Note clarification, and upload for approval
