The Red Hat Enterprise Sales team is looking for an Strategic Account Manager to join us in Bangkok, Thailand. In this role, you will be responsible for retaining and growing sales within financial services Industry (FSI) accounts, helping our customers and partners make business and IT transformations using Red Hat services and solutions. What You Will Do

  • Translate Red Hat's sales strategy into a relevant account-level strategy for each customer

  • Apply knowledge of use cases and Red Hat's key offering value proposition to identify and act upon opportunities to guide upsell, cross-sell, and renewals across the Red Hat portfolio while deepening penetration within accounts

Job objective

Interface business with customers/projects, develop new customers in-line with objectives of the Strategic Business Plan for sales, margin, tooling incomes, cash flow, time to market and services to customers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical/automotive engineering and/or Business Administration
  • Minimum 3 years' sales experience in Automotive Account Management
  • Experience and Exposure to Market Environment
  • Previous experience of working with OEM's
  • Experience & solid understanding of automotive industry Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Good coordination both externally and internally.
  • Intermediate English language and Japanese language, both written & spoken (mandatory). Additionally, a good level of Chinese spoken language would be ideal. (Japanese speakers require or Japanese language skill require)

  • รับผิดชอบปิดงบดุล งบการเงิน และธุรกรรมทางบัญชีทั้งหมด (A/P, A/R, G/L)

  • ทำหน้าที่และตรวจเอกสารการชำระเงิน

  • ตรวจสอบภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย, ภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม

  • ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่ารายการทางบัญชีทั้งหมดถูกต้องและทันเวลา

  • ตรวจสอบและติดตามธุรกรรมรายวันผ่านระบบบัญชี

  • ควบคุมและตรวจสอบการจัดทำงบการเงิน งบดุล งบกำไรขาดทุน งบต้นทุนผลิต และรายงานทางบัญชีต่าง ๆ

  • ปิดงบการเงินและจัดทำงบการเงินที่ให้ทันตามรอบบัญชีรายเดือน ไตรมาส ประจำปี

  • จัดทำงบการเงินรายไตรมาส (รวมงบกระแสเงินสด)

  • บริหารจัดการและควบคุมงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายตามหลักการบัญชีและกฏหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง

  • จัดทำ/ทบทวนการคำนวณภาษี ภงด.50, ภงด.51

  • ตรวจสอบการยื่น WHT และ VAT ประจำเดือนไปยังกรมสรรพากร

  • จัดทำประมาณการกระแสเงินสดเป็นรายเดือน

  • ประสานงานกับผู้สอบบัญชีเพื่อสรุปบัญชีการเงินที่ได้รับการตรวจสอบประจำปี

  • ติดตามและควบคุมการลงทะเบียนสินทรัพย์ถาวรและการคิดค่าเสื่อมราคา

  • ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าองค์กรปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบทางการบัญชี

  • ดูแลงานด้านบัญชีทั่วไป บัญชีต้นทุน ควบคุมและตรวจสอบบัญชีต้นทุนได้

  • ควบคุมการจัดทำงบประมาณของบริษัทและตรวจสอบดูแลการใช้งบประมาณให้ถูกต้องและเป็นไปตามแผนงบประมาณที่วางไว้

  • ควบคุมการจัดทำรายงานภาษีอากรที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อนำส่งหน่วยราชการที่เกี่ยวข้อง

  • จัดทำรายงานเสนอผู้บริหาร (ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย)

  • วางแผนการทำงานของฝ่ายบัญชี

  • สามารถบริหารและกำกับดูแลผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาได้

  • ให้คำแนะนำ แก้ปัญหากับส่วนงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
